Just had 2 sofas delivered this afternoon. Excellent communication from the company, providing a 3 hour window of delivery a day in advance and easy tracking to see which stop the delivery is at. Old sofas taken away and new ones assembled with ease by two polite young gentleman. Special thanks to Ashley’s sales person Graham who went the extra mile to ensure the sofas arrived within my tight timeframe and even messaged me on his day off! Thank you to all.

Got the perfect sized sectional for me.. i went shopping at around 6 stores in Calgary and i was able sit comfortably only on Carnaby sectional... Jenny and Brandy helped me with the purchase... And a big shout out to the delivery team Gurjot and 2 others.. they did it so well..So scratches anywhere and they went beyond to help me out with scrapping my old sofa... smooth delivery!
DON’T buy furnitures in Ashley! I was cheated by misleading approach. Be careful! Before you pay, you are a customer, after you pay, you will be treated like a garbage. That’s my real experience!

Even an exchange for a question of color, they refuse to do for us in order to meet my wife's needs even though we bought more than $5,000 worth of supplies which are all in boxes that have never been opened. A total scam. Lousy customer service. A meaningless common sense. An aberration unworthy of a human society living in Canada. This is the absolute in betrayal. Si tu veux changer ou annuler un achat, ils te font promener pour rien en faisant appel à leur fameux service à la clientèle qui te sort des faux articles contraignants derrière lesquels ils se cachent pour refuser tout échange ou annulation . Même un échange pour une question de couleur , ils refusent de faire pour nous afin de répondre aux besoins de ma femme alors qu’on a acheté plus de 5000$ de fournitures qui sont toutes dans les cartons jamais ouverts. Graham was good. But as usual you get stalked as soon as you walk in the door. We had been there last week and had narrowed our choice of sectional down to two pieces. We headed straight to them and were followed around. I hate this aspect of shopping. I get these guys are on commission but when someone clearly does not want to engage or be chased around the store then back off.
Me and my family were at ashley store near glendeere circle and The sales associate Mr.Raj at ashley was very kind and helpful. He had all the answers for our questions and he explained all the differences between the various products and helped us to pick the right one according to our needs. I will highly recommend The Ashley store for all kind of your furniture or mattresses, they have the best knowledgeable and friendly staff.
