We purchased a sectional and the sales team and delivery team made the experience pleasant. The delivery procedure surprised me with all of the touch points and accuracy. The team that unloaded and set up the sectional also were very respectful and polite:)
Picked up a new bedframe that was purchased from this location. Upon unboxing noticed the frame was damaged. Called customer support and was offered nothing as they say you need to unbox it within 48 hours which was never mentioned to me, and was not possible as I was in the process of moving into a new place. Would recommend shopping elsewhere to ensure you're not stuck with damaged merchandise.
Ash was absolutely fabulous in making sure we understood all our options! We got a great couch at a great price and we can’t wait to get it! 10/10 recommended dealing with Ash. Top shelf kind of guy!
