Waited 2months for a bedroom suite that was told to us by Stevon and the manager it was in the warehouse obviously they lied to us.We went into the store to find out when it would be delivered and asked to talk to the manager.After waiting 30minutes for her was told she is in the back will be with you shortly never did come out.The salesmen were standing around no customers in the store when the salesman said to the other salesman take their information and send them on their way.We have never experienced such disrespect when shopping for and buying furniture.We will never go back until they find employees that put the customer first

Recently, I visited the Heritage store, where I was greeted by a sales associate. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when I was confronted by another staff member, who rudely insisted that I needed to stop and interact with him before proceeding to look for a specific sofa. Despite explaining that I was in a hurry and knew exactly what I was looking for, he continued to assert his authority in an unprofessional manner. What struck me was the stark contrast between this behavior and the customer service standards I've come to expect. As a customer, I value being treated with respect and allowed to browse without unnecessary interruptions. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I'll continue to shop at this store, despite having made a purchase there four years ago. I hope that the store will take steps to address this issue and ensure that customers receive the level of service they deserve."

Hilary is a superstar! She was amazing every step of the way! She helped us to pick a couch, and address the subsequent delivery damage. She's very knowledgeable, professional, kind and pleasant. It has been a terrible experience with Ashley, particularly with this branch. I purchased the table shown below in the first week of January, and as of mid-June, I still have not received it! No one takes responsibility, and no one answers the phone calls. To make matters worse, when I asked to cancel the order, they blatantly insisted on deducting a 10% restocking fee. What exactly are you restocking when the item hasn’t even been delivered? AVOID AT ANY COSTS! EVEN IF THEY OFFERED 90% DISCOUNT! Just look at the rating and compare to Perfecthome! So many 1s! Evidently for a reason

We went to over 8 furniture stores then finally bought a couch here. The salesmen were no where near as pushy as other stores and left us alone until we went and got them. It was a good shopping experience. I don’t like being followed around like a lost puppy. The salesmen also through in some ridiculous jokes to lighten the mood too.
