I bought a recliner, the motor broke within weeks, when I phone customer service , they told me that the motor be delivered to my house, from u s with a tracer, technician will come,motor comes in the daytime , nothing happened, weeks go by, from the customer service, to supervisor, totally incompetent, buyer beware I gave him one star, tell my story , zero stars is more appropriate, incompetent business.
I had an excellent experience in Ashley in Heritage, Calgary. RAE attended to us and she was extremely patient and friendly. She is an excellent salesperson.
James was excellent salesman and spent a lot of time making sure that we got exactly what we wanted and the special care they took to have the order delivered early was exemplary
Shopping at Ashley was a complete nightmare. First, the delivery was heavily delayed. When the furniture finally arrived, it was already broken and damaged straight out of the box. The quality is absolutely awful and dangerous; because of the defective parts, my child's hand got caught in the drawer and they got injured. This is unacceptable given how expensive their prices are. I immediately contacted customer service for a repair, but they completely ignored me. Save your money and avoid this store!
