I can’t say enough about the lovely experience I had on a recent visit to the Ashley location in Brentwood. The sales associate, Brandy, was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! We chatted about what I was looking for - I had a sense of what I wanted but wasn’t totally sure. Brandy, however, really listened to me and was able to “see” and decipher my vision and then make some wonderful suggestions and show me a few options that were within my budget. I really appreciate that she took the time to listen to me and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. She was attentive to my needs and really just made the entire process enjoyable which, imo, is what you need when you’re investing in a big ticket item. A++++++

Brandy was amazing! We knew what type of couch we were looking for. Once we found the one we came in for, she sat down with us, chatted for a bit and got down to getting the best pricing available. We definitely got a great sectional at a ridiculously affordable price!! Thanks again!!
The worst in every possible way. The salesmen were dishonest about the delivery date to get me to purchase when I expressed that I needed it sooner, (the automated text to schedule the delivery came immediately after leaving the store and was almost 3x the estimated wait time they gave me when they "looked it up"). Then when it came to the delivery, we took off work and waited all day and they simply cancelled and didn't notify us. When I called to see why nothing had arrived, they lied and told me they had texted (they absolutely did not text or email about the cancellation) and the man I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. We ended up having to pick it up ourselves. Just avoid the hassle and shop somewhere else. Our new couch shows extreme signs of wear to the fabric with a few uses.
