The staff was very helpful and dedicated much time to us addressing our question and concerns. We were shopping for matresses and picked them up next day.
I bought a couch and chair from this store. The sales staff at the store itself were ok, but they have attempted two deliveries of the chair. (the couch was delivered the first time and was not damaged) The chair has been damaged both times. The second delivery also caused damage to my floor. Ashley furniture won't accept responsibility and say that I can't do anything until they attempt a third delivery. All deliveries are done on their schedule, with no regard for the customer. I do not recommend Ashley furniture. I thought that they stood for quality and that is not the case. There are lots of other furniture stores in the city, I would suggest that you spend you money at one of them and not at Ashley furniture.
It is so sad that I cannot give 0/5 stars. I went to this place for a mattress and the salesperson was super disrespectful. He was rude for the whole process and looking down on me. When I asked whether there was any other options for foam mattress, he replied 'what other options do you like, we have others at the price range of 3000-4000' in a rude manner. At the end when I said that I have to compare to things in the IKEA, he just tell the manager that this guy is looking for an IKEA mattress, and asked me 'you know IKEA is far away from here right?'. If you wanna be treated like this, just go to this Ashley HomeStore. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Thanks to his advice at the end, I just bought my mattress (over 1000 dollars) at the nearby SleepCountry with the best customer services I have ever got.
These Ashley people are SCAMMERS... I bought a sofa cum bed of $2500 and it just broke within a month. I bought the sofa from Brentwood Calgary. Avoid these FRAUDSTERS and SCAMMERS.....
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent purchase from Ashley Furniture. I spent around $4,000 CAD on a new set of furniture, plus an additional $500 CAD for delivery and setup. This was supposed to be a major upgrade for my home, but it has turned into a nightmare. First, the sofa arrived with the right arm completely broken. This is unacceptable for a brand-new piece of furniture. Secondly, the loveseat has a noticeable tear in the fabric, making it look old and worn out straight out of the box. To top it all off, one of the glass pieces for the coffee table does not fit properly, making it unusable. I expected much higher quality for the amount of money I spent. The poor craftsmanship and lack of quality control are evident in the products I received. The salesman, Vinny Bizmungu, at the Brentwood branch assured me of the quality, but this experience has been far from satisfactory. I am extremely disappointed with Ashley Furniture and will not be purchasing from them again. I strongly advise others to avoid the Brentwood branch and the company altogether if you want durable and well-made furniture. Don't go there, never!!
My experience at Ashley Home Store was good. The sales associate was just learning but Matthew the Manager was very helpful, polite and professional.
Ashley homestore did an excellent job for me. Their delivery date and time was right on, and the delivery personnel were good and very accommodating, very professional. They didn't leave any debris or mess in their trail. I'll definitely go back to Ashley homestore brentwood for any future purchases
