Poor. Your sales team assured and stated in my invoice two items will be moved from my house for disposal. We clearly intimated your sales team they were mattress and board spring. This made my invoice read two items for pickup. Your delivery team failed to pickup this two items.
Marco De Sousa is a horrible sales person and assistant manager. During the initial sales phase, he was nice. However, that ended there. We paid for white glove delivery service and removal of our existing furniture. He made a mistake during invoicing and didn't note removal service. When the delivery guys came, they notified us that they couldn't take the existing furniture. I called him up and he was extremely rude, blaming me for his ignorant mistake. As a manager, instead of offering a solution, he quickly blamed me for his mistake. Even the drivers have noted that this happens quite a bit with him and Ashley. The drivers mentioned that they just need to be rescheduled and come back to pick it up. I am OK with that. Marco on the other hand, has no solutions, all he said was that "nothing can be done." Are you kidding me? What kind of manager are you? I would give zero stars if I could
