Great friendly lady helping us. She could read us and stayed back until we had questions. Natalie was knowledgeable and I liked her approach. Unfortunately we still have not found what we like. Will be back once new items come in
Ashley Delived me the wrong size bed. But the delivery team told me at the time that it was a problem with my mattress and boxspring. They led me to think that it was oversized. I lived with it, left the footboard off because l could not afford a new boxspring and mattress. Fast forward later l thought it was odd no queen box spring l tried would fit. I phoned ashley to ask. They informed me 2 years later that they delivered me the wrong size bed not a Queen but a double. They said because it was 2 years later they could do nothing. Buyer beware. Or at least Delivery Aware. Check to see they dont mess up your Delivery. I am a verified customer who is in your system.
Dunni and the shop manager were very helpful in assisting us to navigate through their store furniture and gave us good deals. The second delivery was carried out by Abiola and his colleague. They were very professional, polite and helpful. All furnitures were installed properly.
