When we had a problem of buying Furniture in one of Ashley homestore, one of the Guest Care staff named Rose, immediately contacted us and resolved what’s the main concern on the product that we had an issue. Had to leave the store because the older lady wouldn’t stop following us and yapping. Why can’t we look around these stores without being harassed the entire time, just come drop your card and then leave.
Amazing staff! We picked out a new dining set with the help of Gaurav. There was no pressure and really great customer service. He actually showed us how strong the chairs are by climbing and “jumping” on one. I love hoe he store is Canadian all the way! 10/10 We will he back for sure.
