Furniture cost way more than competitors. Leons was 20% less for a recliner.
I went in with a list and was promptly greeted and shown the items on my list. Staff were able to work with my move in date and were receptive to the delivery instructions. It has yet to delivered but the staff were very helpful. I was in and out within 30 minutes and furnished most of my apartment !
Unfortunately my experience this time around with my Second purchase was not great. William Mulungi was not honest with us lied many time did not look in to my order at all when I had questioned him he kept telling me I will not get my furniture till late December. When I bought I was very clear I wanted before Christmas, he did not care. If he would have looked into my order he would have seen that he has the Incorrect phone number for my order. If I would not have stopped on Saturday November 1/25 yet to find another lie he told us that he did not have the sofa I chose in the show room however it was there. One of your sales lady's was awesome to help that day and so was your manager got it all straightened out and now I have my furniture they were fabulous wish I had there names. But I feel William is not suitable sales person he does not care about his customer. I am a sales person customers are import that how we survive. I feel he should not get the commission for this order as he did nothing at all. Love to hear your feed back. Delivery was perfect they crew was awesome.
If I could leave negative stars I would. Terrible service and repair!! I have been without my table for over 6 months now due to them not repairing correctly and refusing drop off due to this. with SO MANY calls to them wanting a reply as to wanting my table, I get no responses and they still have my table. They are false in telling you that the extended warranty covers basically everything, they just want your money and screw you afterwards. I will NEVER buy anything from Ashley again and I will make sure I spread the word. This is borderline theft because they will not answer and they hang up on me
Picked up my lamps. The girl at customer service was so quick and efficient. And even gave me directions to the costco business center. ( I was annoyed with Google). Same girl met me at the loading dock and another person put them in my jeep. I didn't have to lift any boxes. Start to finish. The team was great.
On month three of waiting for our new furniture to arrive . They’ve cancelled four times and this newest time didn’t even call message or email that they weren’t coming . Sat around with my kid missing a paid for sporting lesson because I had to wait for no one to arrive . I think the adverts saying you can get the furniture as soon as a few days away is false advertising , not to mention that the salesman also are giving false information about deliveries and manufacturings .
The showroom was beautiful and when we were ready to purchase, Mehak was very friendly, relaxed, helpful and knowledgeable and made the experience easy and pleasant! I would definitely shop at this store again! And, when pick-up was arranged, there was plenty of communication, flexibility with times, and the warehouse staff were helpful and pleasant. We had to go to the warehouse twice, as the items we purchased came in two batches, and both times the warehouse staff was prepared, helpful and the experience pleasant. Thanks Ashley!
