This was honestly one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. I ordered online and my delivery was delayed and rescheduled multiple times. When it was finally scheduled, I was told that standard delivery meant curbside drop-off only. I couldn’t accept that because I had no one to bring the furniture inside. Instead of being helpful, the delivery manager was rude and dismissive—pretty shocking considering I’m the paying customer. I ended up upgrading to white-glove delivery and paid an extra $70 on top of what I’d already spent. I was also clearly promised that my old furniture would be taken away. When the drivers arrived, they refused to take the old furniture, saying they didn’t have space. I had to call customer service yet again to get that rescheduled. It somehow got worse. The furniture arrived already fully assembled from the store and was barely protected—just wrapped in shrink wrap. The drivers removed the wrap before bringing it inside and then struggled to force the oversized furniture through the door. In the process, they scratched and damaged it. Now I’m left wondering if this was even a brand-new item or a store display. I paid close to $200 extra specifically just to have the furniture brought inside, assembled, handled properly, yet it arrived damaged due to careless delivery. The delivery service was unprofessional, disorganized, and careless from start to finish. Completely unacceptable.

My wife and I moved to Edmonton (without furniture) and needed 2 couches and a dining table with self-storing leaf. Inder was easy to work with, did not apply any pressure, and gave us a good price with "white glove" delivery included. Delivery was complete in early December without a hitch. The delivery crew was easy to work with and were polite and respectful. After 2 months of use, we still find the couches comfortable and the table is sturdy enough for regular daily use.

A few days ago, my partner and I visited this store with the intention of purchasing a sectional sofa along with coffee table. We met Nav, who introduced herself as the manager and mentioned she had been with the company for several years. From the beginning, we were clear about our requirement for a sectional sofa. However, instead of assisting us with that request, she repeatedly tried to push a different product, emphasizing it as a “hot buy” and focusing heavily on discounts, including stating that she could offer an additional 20% off as a manager. This felt more like pressure than customer service. What made the experience truly uncomfortable was that while assisting us, Nav was frequently speaking in another language with a colleague nearby, laughing and exchanging looks. My partner has a speech-related challenge, and this behavior made us feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and as though we were being mocked. Whether intentional or not, this left a very negative impression. We value respectful, inclusive, and professional customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those expectations, and we felt uncomfortable enough to leave the store without making a purchase.

I went in to just browse and get a feel for what there was for couch’s, the different styles the feel that kind of thing and see what would fit in my new apartment. Right off the hop we encountered Willa very sweet and personable. She instantly was trying to figure out what I wanted and took the measurements I had brought and went and got a measuring tape. She found sofas that would more than likely fit. She never pushed one or the other. Just was there to bounce ideas off with. I originally wanted a sofa with the lounger attached. However with measurements and what options I had she had suggestions for a couch and ottoman. (Which I have since gone with). She took care of us and made us feel heard. We had great conversation; and I just know that when I’m in the market for something I know I’ll be heading back there in hopes that Willa is still with them.
