If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute WORST service I have ever received in my life. We ordered a $3900 couch.. the delivery men dropped my couch out the back of the truck upon delivery, and broke the wood inside the couch.. when we didn’t want to sign for it, they claimed we had to and that the procedure was they would bring us a new piece. They NEVER brought us a new piece, the only offered to fix said piece and take it away for a couple weeks… so why couldn’t you take the whole couch away and give a new one? Next they sent the “repairman” to have a look, he said they could fix it as stated above but it would be a few weeks to take in, at this point I was over the fact that my Christmas present was destroyed and agreed to have it fixed. No response. I reach out to the repairman, the sales clerk in the store, her manager and also Ashley’s customer service line. I have sent numerous emails, asked to have it repaired and still.. NO RESPONSE. The repairman told me to pay with a credit card next time so that when the company does this (clearly it happens often) that you can contact your credit card company and decline the payment. Unfortunately we paid cash. We do have receipts and I have contacted a lawyer specifically to rectify this situation as I feel very much scammed. We will be taking this location/Ashley’s home furniture to court for fraud as this item was not in “new condition” when delivered.. it was broken. I have photos from the day it was broken, including the delivery drivers in said photo. Still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEYS HOME FURNITURE.. the Brick has a much much better customer service policy for this. AWFUL MANAGEMENT. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. FRAUD. SCAMMERS. THIEVES. Thank you for taking $3900 of ours and giving us a destroyed product. Oh and the customer service number they give you… is a bot.
It is great to track where your item is throughout the day so you are not impatiently waiting. The delivery guys were great, personable and professional. The removed the old furniture and setup the new one in a matter of 15 minutes. Thank you once again.
Got my delivery of my sofas and recliner today . Everything was perfect!! First our salesman was really good and went beyond his job description to help us out and we appreciate him greatly. The two gentlemen that delivered today were very polite and professional they were great 10 out of 10 please thank them again for us, it was a pleasure doing business with your establishment. It’s really great to buy from your store and everyone was wonderful thank you!!!
