We are very happy with our experience at Ashley. Mika was so professional, polit and knowledgeable in helping us getting what we want. The crew that came for installation was so fast, polit, clean and careful in doing the job.
Honestly at first our experience wasn’t great. The items were delivered as planned on a Saturday, but the installers were very slow, and accidentally ruined our new table. They took it back. I got a barrage of texts to reschedule my delivery, when I called customer care to sort it out they were unable to assist insisting that everything is auto generated and customer care can’t accommodate their customers. I called again on Monday and that customer care agent was fantastic, able to accommodate my schedule for delivery and called back to ensure I was satisfied. I got an additional call from another agent to ensure I was satisfied. The new installers were polite, and super quick. Overall I love my new dining set and am very happy that Ashley took the time to ensure I was happy after my disappointment with the first delivery.
My review is really for my salesperson as I have not yet received my couch yet. Aaron was so great to deal with!

Delivery was scheduled for the weekend as we both work during the week. They arrived and brought everything in but would not shut the door. It is middle of December and they felt it was too hard to shut it. We went multiple times to shut the door. After table was assembled we noticed two pieces were installed wrong. They happily fixed it but putting it together again the bolts were driven through the table top. Unassembled it and took it away. Trying to get the new one delivered is difficult with no accommodation for our schedules. The service department is providing No help and not able to answer our questions. We have to wait for an auto populated time Update as Ashley reached out to us and accommodated us with our schedules and absolutely stepped up with making things better for us. Thank you for standing behind your products and your customers.
I went in with a list and was promptly greeted and shown the items on my list. Staff were able to work with my move in date and were receptive to the delivery instructions. It has yet to delivered but the staff were very helpful. I was in and out within 30 minutes and furnished most of my apartment ! UPDATE: When I went to this store with my list of items I had the representative check each item to ensure they were in stock. Upon placing my order they have delayed my delivery on numerous occasions and have not kept me updated with regards to this. It has been a frustrating process with my expected delivery initially around november 20th when I placed my order near the beginning of November and now delivery isnt until December 22. The representative has responded to my requests for updates and was kind enough to cancel items that wouldn't fit my space but in terms of my pre-existing order I have had no follow-up initiated on the company's end with regards to changes to my delivery.
Jacob was so knowledgeable about the products and services available for us. He has excellent customer service. Ashley has amazing quality and craftsmanship other items - I also love the luxurious feel and yet it is very durable. This is our second purchase with Ashley! Andrej was an awesome delivery driver him and his team member communicated everything during the delivery and it was delivered with care!
