Excellent! I’m hoping that i get the financing for my purchase if not it’ll be paid in full after dec 9th. struggling widower with 2 kids and us having a table will be fantastic! we have gone to long without. thank you Karen for easing my fears and helping me feel more confident and comfortable with my purchase. your company is the bees knees and I recommend you to a few others. next purchase will be beds for my kids.

If you ever want to feel helpless, buy appliances at Ashley. Fridge broke 1 month after purchase. No fridge since September, still no fridge as of November 13th, and no deliver til maybe December? I have tried everything. I've even said I would reselect, but they don't have any fridge in 24" apartment size. I could go buy a fridge elsewhere today if they just issued me a refund and accepted they can't fulfill the replacement fridge. I could hold their employees at gunpoint and they would not give me a refund. Unbelievable. Stay away , especially appliances. Countless time spend fighting with ashley. If you want to feel helpless and unheard , shop at Ashley. The store will refer you to a call center and the call center will tell you they can't do anything. Amazing EDIT: In response back to Ashley, if you actually wanted to make this right give me a refund so this nightmare can be over and I can get a new fridge right away. I've wasted countless time on the phone number you mentioned. It's completely useless.
I ordered a beautiful huge chaise chair and a half. The delivery date was set I received notifications often to update me on the delivery and if I needed to make any changes . They were able to give me updates on the delivery to the point of a 15 minute heads up on the trucks arrival. Everyone from the Sales people to the delivery people were Fantastic! Polite and accommodating. I would definitely shop there again!
Knowledgeable and professional
Brand new fridge delivered in August. Broken since mid September. It is now October 31st and I still have no working fridge. Unreal. Customer service is useless and takes their sweet time. No care at all that I have no working fridge for 6 weeks now. Last time ill be buying from Ashley.
