This was by far one of the best purchasing experiences we have had regarding furniture. The salesperson was excellent to deal with - took time to answer our questions. After we purchased the sofa bed, we were told that if the item came on sale in the next 30 days, they would honour that price. It did go on sale and they, without any hassle, refunded the difference. The delivery team was awesome. They had to deliver the sofa bed three flights of stairs into our condo. Just a fantastic experience all around.
