Was promised a free TV with the purchase of a sofa and loveseat at the beginning of August… now mid-October and have called 7 times and nobody knows who is handling the promotion or where to get the TV or any kind of time frame. Would give zero stars if I could. Zero customer service skills and essentially stole the value of a TV from me as I would have bought a less expensive set had I not been promised a TV.
The salesperson who helped us was very pleasant and answered all our questions! Would endorse buying at Ashley Store in Lethbridge!
Renz is the best!
Great customer service very knowledgeable and helpful. Excited to get my new couch! ☺️
Purchasing appliances from this store was a frustrating experience. The process took much longer than expected, communication was poor, and I received unprofessional messages from staff when I inquired about my delivery. However, I want to give credit where it’s due. The store manager, John, was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. He kept me updated throughout the process and was always kind, professional, and responsive. The delivery team was also awesome—professional and provided great service. While my overall experience with the purchasing process and communication was disappointing, I would give John and the delivery team 5 stars for their excellent customer service.
