Amanda goes above and beyond in every possible way there is. She didn't just help us purchase furniture - she built a relationship with us. She has stayed in touch to congratulate us on our new home, checked in on our move-in date and even followed up to make sure an issue with a damaged item was resolved. What makes that even more meaningful is that not all of our furniture from our order was purchased through her. She just simply cares. Wow.... definitely the best delivery service ever. So amazing. Made it so easy. They called to say the delivery is happening the next day. I said I just need to make sure my daughter can receive it in Edmonton and he said no problem. Just shoot me a text. Best delivery service ever. I would use this service again and again. I have has 0 issues with the store themselves but 4 years ago we bought a kitchen table and chairs and were told that the furniture warrenty covers everything even if a screw driver was to go through it. Bring forward to todays date and one of the chairs my knee went through it my kneeling on the chair but its not covered under warrenty because thats normal "wear and tear". Not sure how having a knee go thorough a chair is normal. Call us dumb for believing in the sale pitch for the warrenty but maybe the sales people should be a little more honest in what it coveres.
