In store staffs are doing a great job selling and accommodating customers. However, I gave 2 stars is because of the after-service they offer when they delivered the item that has a manufacturing defect. They will only repair the item and not replace it. I have been waiting for 1 1/2months to date for them to fix the issue but no action has been taken seriously. Now, they want to drill new holes on the new table to have it aligned and doesn't want to replace it at all. Please do not trust these people, they only want your money and that’s it. Not even the extra warranty they charged is not worth the penny, because they will just repair and not replace. So disappointed. High Price, quality is poor.

I’m giving one star because at least the delivery and technician personnel tried their best. This company’s “customer service” is THE WORST I’ve ever dealt with. You’d be better off going to IKEA who would actually replace your items if broken on delivery. We bought a table in August and delivery was September 2nd to which they delivered the wrong table (the salesperson made that error). We had the wrong table in our home until the new and correct table was delivered September 19th….broken. No option to replace because that’s “not their policy”. We waited SIX WEEKS for a technician to come to tell us they were unable to fix it and they needed to order parts. I just spoke to an extremely unhelpful associate at their customer service number who advised me because I didn’t ask for a refund within 48 hours of delivery (I did) there’s nothing they can do and I now have to wait 2-4 weeks for the parts to arrive before I can book another service appointment. Their “helpful” option was the tech not to fix it at the house but to have someone pick up the table and parts, take it back to fix it and then redlines….so I get to spend 2 more days off from work to have my table the way it should have been on September 2nd???? Plus who knows how long the turnaround for parts and another appointment will take. Looks like a used table 6 months later ready in 2026 for us…..don’t waste your time, money, or sanity with purchasing here.

Hello. I have some issues with the service I recieved. The delivery guys were great -very professional. But, I specifically asked the salesman if you guys would take take my old dresser away. The team had it as declined in the paperwork so did not end up taking the old dresser. Inconvenience after Inconvenience is my experience with this Ashley purchase. The salesman also did not have my phone number on the original bill. So I had to jump through a hoop for the logistics team as well. The furniture looks good.
