Stopped by just to look and was met by Brendan. What a nice experience. ZERO sales pressure. We walked out with a great love seat. If we need any more furniture Ashley’s Red Deer will be our first stop.

I bought a couch, mattress and a bed frame in February. Now in June and the bed frame won’t be ready till end of July. I told customers service to deliver my mattress with my couch. They told me that wouldn’t be an issue they can deliver the mattress as well. Got delivered and no mattress. Called customer care and they are the worst. Told them I will have nothing to sleep on, guess not their problem. I have to wait for 8 days for mattress to be delivered. Honestly there are so many different furniture stores to buy from. This is the last time I am buying from Ashley. They have really gone down since I bought furniture from them 15 years ago.
