Trina was great help with our purchase.
We were greeted upon walking into the store and left alone until we were ready to ask questions about the pieces we were interested in. The manager was friendly and helpful, answering our questions and helping compare the one sofa to the next. Once we made our decision, the warranty was explained as well as the delivery of new pieces and pickup of our old ones. We haven't received the furniture yet, but nonetheless are very happy with our decision to purchase at Ashley's.
Sales staff was amazing, no pressure and answered every question I asked an made sure I completely understood.
Excellent customer service by Brendan. No pressure but very knowledgeable and helpful when we needed help.
Sales rep Michael was excellent to work with and had extensive product knowledge.
Awesome delivery service and great customer service
Very helpful staff. Nice furniture but a little pricey.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They offered financing over 24 months which works perfect for us. The delivery date worked for us and they will take away our old couch and even move our chair downstairs!! Super happy with the service!!
Get harrassed to buy items though staff, such as “Faith” and to buy items exclusively from her so she can get paid… highly disappointed with all the text messages
Great experience very direct and straight forward with sale just the way I like it no nonsense
