Shopping at Ashley’s in Abbotsford was a very enjoyable experience. The sales person was knowledgeable, friendly and cordial. We are having our furniture delivered in good time. The store carries good quality items at great sale prices.

We visited Ashley after having no luck at other furniture stores—and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the store manager, Mohsen. He was professional, welcoming, and refreshingly non-pushy—such a nice change from the typical sales experience. He made the entire transaction smooth and even gave us that reassuring “manager-approved” nod that sealed the deal. Great work! Our sales associate, Manjeet, was absolutely fantastic. I came in with a design concept in mind, and she walked me through everything—colours, textures, features—without ever being overbearing. Her guidance helped me bring my vision to life. As someone who’s designed many spaces before, I’m very particular about colour palettes and styles, and Manjeet totally understood that. She had a great eye for design and really respected our space and time so I could talk it over with my husband and make a confident, pressure-free decision. We ended up choosing a stunning caramel-coloured leather three-piece sofa set, complete with zero-gravity recliners and adjustable headrests—perfect for comfort and posture support. The colour is absolutely beautiful and pairs perfectly with the area rug we also picked up. What really stood out was Manjeet’s deep product knowledge and passion for quality. Her expertise gave us the confidence that we were investing in furniture that’s going to last for years to come. We left extremely happy and will definitely be back for more. Had the worst experience, I would not recommend this location at all. The buying the furniture was the easy part the rest has been terrible. The delivery driver was very unprofessional. Came into our home measured the stairs and said the couch wouldn't fit so we should return the couch or pay them extra on the side to push it onto our balcony. Then they put a huge gash into our new flooring with the other furniture. They left our couch in the backyard and also let our indoor cat out and did not seem to care and went in their truck and left. I called customer service to no surprise had no empathy to our experience and would not let us talk to a manager. Now trying to get the floor repaired has been jumping through hoops and everyone person we have talked to in this company has been unprofessional and dismissive. We spent 8k here and have been treated horribly. Will make sure friends and family stay clear from this store.
