Excellent customer service - Ela at the Ashley’s in Coquitlam was great! Very knowledgeable and kind and patient Love the tracking of delivery they send you to access and when Pedro arrived him and his co worker were very professional and considerate. Would absolutely recommend
The delivery service was very good. They were sending me messages to let me know exactly the location of the driver and the last message told me that they were very close to do the delivery. I had enough time to be able to receive my order.
Theres some nice stuff there. But the sales are too aggressive and make my experience uncomfortable. I don't like to be pressured.
We bought it some furniture from this location they have lot of options on reasonable and durable furniture the main thing they deliver free and they fix the service for assembly on good rates it was wonderful experience there while shopping! We talked with Lilu before visiting and then she helped a lot on next day while our visit we go through with all the furniture with her and she was explaining about deals and availability Lilu was so helpful and knowledgeable about their furniture ,wood and style all the staff were kind the manager was so helpful too !she helped a lot overall we are happy to buy a furniture from them thank you Lilu for your all the efforts and support
We waited a long time to get some attention, also when we asked a salesperson who walked by us if the products we were looking at were in stock, he's response was "almost all is in stock", but when we actually got some attention and paid for the items, it turned out a delivery would be done between 3 and 6 weeks for all items since warehouse has no stock ... That does not sound like "almost all is in stock" but rather "almost Nothing is in stock", a cheap technique to keep your business and you in the store until you find out what the truth is... Upsetting nevertheless
Michael Thain, my sales representative at Ashley home store , is incredibly approachable, efficient, and dependable. He consistently goes above and beyond, and I truly believe he has the qualities of an excellent manager. A promotion would be well-deserved
Fabulous experience. The showroom was overwhelming because there was so much to look at, I could have spent the whole day there. ❤️ I got exactly what I was looking for. Service was great and everything was delivered in excellent condition well before the time promised. I would highly recommend Ashley’s Furniture!
Poor Quality Bedding Set and Terrible Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience at Ashley. The bedding set I purchased was of poor quality, and the customer service was just as bad. The staff work on commission and were dishonest just to make a sale. What’s worse, even the manager backed their misleading claims instead of resolving the issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
