My experience at Ashley Furniture was excellent. I had seen the item I liked on line but wanted to see it in person. The sales associate was very helpful and we took measurements and bought the item. A very efficient experience!
We went to Ashley yesterday to look for a dining set, and Matt assisted us. He did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and he took the time to understand what we were looking for instead of rushing us. He explained the options clearly, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience comfortable and stress free. We really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Because of Matt, as well as the store manager and other employees who were all very kind, our visit was a great experience. We would definitely recommend asking for him if you’re shopping at Ashley.
Extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. Several items were delivered damaged and low quality, and despite reporting the issues weeks ago, there has been no follow-up, no timeline, and no accountability. The in-store staff were polite and helpful, but overall communication and support are unacceptable. I am still waiting for an immediate replacement or resolution. If this is not addressed promptly, I will take further action. I do not recommend this company
I’m very disappointed in their product and their unaligned store and customer service department. I picked up my sofa in 2 deliveries as one love seat was out of stock. There was a dye issue when I picked up the love seat on the second delivery. I showed them the pictures and wanted it replaced so that my sofa set is the same colour.I even paid for the extra warranty that they offer and my total was around $3300.I was told that dye issue is not covered under warranty. They won’t replace the love seat even though it was brand new. When I went to the store they said nothing they can do as it’s a customer service issue. Customer service manager said I have high expectations. So having a same colored sofa set falls under high expectations? I thought that should be the standard. Again very disappointed in the product and I would recommend anyone who’s buying to get your delivery on the same day, preferably avoid buying at this store.
My experience with Matt was pleasurable. I was greeted with enthusiasm and a smile. Great questions that easily lead to an amazing decision. As exciting, and hectic as it can be shop for furniture, Matt's knowledge and experience really made it seamless.
