Jesse was never pushy — always friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me create a home I love. Jesse is far more than a salesperson; he has a great eye for home design and truly understands how to make furniture work within a space. He genuinely cared about helping me choose the right pieces, even steering me away from items I liked when he explained why they wouldn’t work and suggested better alternatives. I quickly came to trust Jesse’s advice, and his recommendations consistently turned out to be the right choice. The final result looks fantastic, and I love how everything turned out. I’ve been to several Ashley Furniture stores, but the service at the Kamloops location was by far the best. At other stores, I've experienced pushy sales staff who wanted to sell furniture without considering whether it would work in my space. Terrible customer service!
Most unprofessional group of people I've ever met. The movers themselves were polite and efficient. However, our sales representative was beyond unprofessional. If it were not for the nice pieces we found, we would not have purchased. Very unprofessional. I could get into the number of reasons but my characters are limited. Once again, the movers themselves were very helpful and polite so this should not reflect that area of the company.
