Came in search of a coffee table and found Ricky very helpful! He even carried the table to compare with another couch. The item cost included 2 side tables which was a pleasant surprise and got to take home same day so overall satisfied. Also, previously when getting our new couch here Manny was supportive. We enjoy our new pieces from Ashley’s Kamloops location!

Beautiful furniture store in Kamloops. They had lots of options to choose from. Our sales person was really helpful and we’re very satisfied with our new sectional.

I usually don't mind waiting, but the lack of service here is unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, not a single staff member acknowledged us. Most of the employees were either on their phones or standing around doing absolutely nothing. One staff member was standing right next to us and didn't even bother to lift his head to greet us. It’s no surprise that we decided not to purchase anything. If you have staff that is this disengaged, don't expect to keep customers. We took our business to a competitor down the street who actually wanted it.

Ricky was knowledgeable of the products and was helpful in helping my elderly father find just the right bed side table. Great service, kind demeanour and he made our experience shopping super easy. Thank you so much!
