Terrible service. I came back a 2nd time to purchase a marble clock because the 1st time the salesman couldn't cash out fast enough so that I could make my yoga class. I really shouldn't have to fill out an entire info form in order to make a quick purchase. I did return a 2nd time because i loved the clock. They took the clock off the wall and said there was a 2nd clock in the back, so I paid for one while I decided which one to take home. I noticed the one that was on the wall must have been dropped because the hour hand was warped and therefor clock mechanism broken. The 2nd clock had a chip off the side if it. Good Grief! I simply asked for a refund and declined taking home either clock. They wouldn't even ship me one that wasn't broken or flawed !!! I now have to wait 5-7 days for the refund to process. I will NEVER return to this store or advise any one else to. Terrible service and product.
Same Asian girl, this is the third time. She is really slow and cannot get it done without another manager. Three times what! Just want to purchase something I will not be going to the Kelowna store again
Horrible return policy I received defective and unusable bed frame was told they won't even let me exchange it didn't even want a refund just an exchange for something that is not damaged HORRIBLE customer service after they take your money.
Our experience at Ashley Homestore was very positive. Our salesperson was polite and helped us make the right decision for us. All in all, a great shopping experience.
I bought a side table and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks. It arrived in 2 months. When it did finally arrive, it was scratched up on the front. I contacted customer service via their "BOT" and was told I would get a refund in 3 days. After 3 days, no refund. I contacted them again and they told me my refund had been issued and to wait 10-15 days for it to show up back to my credit card. Waited 10-15 days and the credit card company said no such refund had been issued. Contacted the "Bot" again and was told they now have to come to my home to "service" my furniture but I have to call them to arrange that. I realize why the 10-15 days wait, as you miss your return date. I can no longer return the item. I have shopped at Ashley more than once but the Kelowna location has no integrity. The furniture is not good quality and I knew I was being lied to when I was told my delivery would be 2 weeks as I had ordered from Ashley twice before and it has never been 2 weeks. More fool me. Don't waste your time, order from City Furniture instead.

I had the Pleasure to buy a really nice couch. I love the Quality and the financing agreement policies. There is no hidden claws pretty straight forward stuff.
