So the service and care we received up to the point we purchased our product was exceptional. However, we did have a problem. One of the pieces we had ordered was damaged upon delivery. We had paid to have it delivered and when reported this damage we ended up having to drive it from Kamloops to Vernon to drop it off And have it repaired. And drive back again to pick it up later we had asked immediately for new product as we had bought new furniture and weren’t looking to have repaired Furniture as our new purchase. This was not an option and in the end we did not Have it repaired properly, but just took it as we were tired of trying to deal with it and it was costing us a lot of money driving back-and-forth. Basically, after we purchased our product, there was no help from managers or the sales associate we were on our own. We will never purchase again from Ashley even though we like their furniture and their price point is good. It’s not worth the fact that if you get faulty product, you have no recourse. Buyer beware

The worst experience of my life. I will never set foot again in your store. I would not recommend your store to anyone and frankly the service at the store has gone down over the years.
Stagg did their best but your computer system sucks. we spent 20 minutes buying the lift chair and an hour 20 processing paperwork. System must have been designed by a Federal agency.
Buying a sofa bed from Ashley Furniture was a very pleasant experience. Heather assisted us through the process and my husband and I couldn't be more happy with the 'experience' !!!

Nice experience over all. We went in already knowing what we wanted and the purchase went nice and smooth. The staff is friendly and helpful and also tried to get us a faster delivery!!
I initially came in with my daughter in law and I was looking for a dining room table and chairs. We were greeted by a very nice lady named Heather. She was very helpful and patient. In the end we purchased a table and combination of chairs. We are also looking for a bedroom suite. I would definitely come back and ask for Heather. Thank you.
