Extremely frustrated with the service here. We visited the store to claim a Black Friday deal we saw online. Although the item wasn’t in stock, we were assured that if they placed an order for us, it would arrive within a few weeks. Since then, the delivery date has been repeatedly postponed with very vague excuses. To make matters worse, I discovered they charge a $100 delivery fee just to drop the item at the door this doesn’t even include bringing it up stairs or setup, which costs extra. It has been nearly a month since our order and we still don't have our couch. I won't be returning to them at all!

I was not informed that a mattress is a final sale. I also bought a couch. Many delays, I cancelled the entire Order because the couch was supposed to come first, and when the mattress came, there was no couch so I cancelled the whole thing. They will not take the mattress back. They do not stand behind their products, they need to advise of their policy for each purchase.

It was really easy to buy a sofa, the sales representative pointed in the right directions, explained us about colors and availability, then we closed the sale, arrange the delivery and done... pretty good buying without pressure!!
