Friendly and efficient service and I'm pleased with the comfort of the chairs with this one exception: I'm no longer interested in building my own furniture and I told the sales staff this and they assured me it was so simple. As I sat on my kitchen floor, frustrated that some of the bolts didn't quite fit the pre-drilled holes and how some of the pieces aren't flush, I was reminded I could have just said no, but instead I'm writing this mildly crappy review because I'm mad at myself.

I've been looking for a couch for almost a year and I came into Ashley on a whim, and I found my dream couch! Staff are amazing and very helpful. Thank you to Kareena and Rebecca for all of your knowledge and friendly demeanor.
If I could give zero stars for Ashley‘s guest care, I would the purchase experience was very good at Ashley‘s. But the after service for the warranty is terrible. Long story short. Ashley guest care does not care about their customers so I’m just letting everybody know to be aware, they can get you up to five years warranty, but it takes Ashley guest care three months or longer just to fix one item. I would never recommend Ashley‘s guest care service afterwards to anybody. i’m sure I’ll Get a response after this review. I’m sorry about your experience. Please call our manager. Ashley. Bought a sectional set from Ashley Furniture and my husband and l received exceptional service from Baljit Rana. She was very knowledgeable of all the various product selections, attentive and informed us about the drop in price. Excellent experience!
