Honestly I’m very sorry about having to write this review. We made a pretty big purchase from the store and the lady helping us was very friendly. We were extremely clear with her about the fact that we would’ve needed the delivery people to take out our old couch when they delivered the new one. We paid for the white glove service for that exact reason. Well, on the day of the delivery we got told that we “declined” the removal of our old couch so they couldn’t take it away. And ok sure, misunderstandings happen, but the way this was handled was so unprofessional and trying to get in touch with our seller or ANYONE at the store has been impossible: - we tried to contact the seller and although we had her nr extension, the call got transferred to a call centre and the person acted pretty puzzled about the situation. After the call, we go no updates whatsoever about how the issue had been handled - we emailed the seller, no response - we got ONE phone call that we missed by a few seconds and when we tried to call back, no one picked up. Multiple times. Fancy furniture, but horrible communication and horrible customer care after you purchase. Not going back, sorry.
Vanessa and Gurmeet were very knowledgeable and thorough. Went over everything and made us comfortable in our purchases. The store is beautifully set up and the prices are very reasonable. Great assortment of everything. Will definitely be back!
