Matthew, our furniture salesman, did an excellent job. He took the time to walk us through every furniture item we purchased, answered our questions, and made the buying experience enjoyable. He deserves recognition for his professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, our experience after the sale has been incredibly disappointing. The store manager promised us twice that our couches would be available for delivery this week. This was especially important because we live in a two-bedroom apartment, and Stephen's daughters are coming to visit us tomorrow. We made it very clear that having the furniture delivered this week was a key factor in our purchase. When we called the customer service call centre today to confirm our delivery, we were told that our furniture is not available for delivery until the 24th. That directly contradicts what the manager told us—twice. Had we known this from the beginning, we would have shopped somewhere else. Instead, we feel like the priority was making the sale and taking our money, with little regard for our circumstances or for keeping us as satisfied customers. We certainly won't be recommending Ashley Furniture in Langley to our family or friends. In fact, we'll be warning others about our experience and the way this situation was handled. Ironically, they were very eager to ask us to leave a positive review while we were in the store. I'm glad I waited until after we found out what was really happening with our order. We are deeply disappointed, to say the least

Ashley Furniture Langley I’m sharing 5 stars even though there was a delivery miscommunication with the original order. The help I received to right the wrong was the best customer service I have received in a while. Very nice experience purchasing a sofa today (Langley location)! We worked primarily with Swapna as our salesperson, who gave us a little space to try out the reclining sofa options, discussed financing options, confirmed our color choice, and got delivery set up for us. Gurmeet was super friendly and helpful as well! Pleasant folks there and we're happy with our purchase!

I arrived at Ashley Furniture to check out new dining room sets. I was greeted politely and I had done some reach prior to visiting so had an idea of what I wanted to look at. Gurmeet and Manny were EXTREMELY helpful in helping me make my selection. They assisted me with the measurements and provided side by side comparisons of a number of selections. They also showed me how to remove the extendable leaf which gave me a better view on what I would be setting up. They were so professional and knowledgeable (and no high pressure whatsoever….how lovely)! I would recommend checking these folks out! Thank you both again VERY much.
