The purchasing experience of our new Sofa was excellent with the help of Vanessa. All the details were explained clearly.
Great service, better yet no pressure very accommodating thank you DG , you answered all my concerns and questions . I’ll be excited to share my experience shopping at Ashley’s on my YouTube Channel .
The sales and backend team (Andrea, DG) are the most amazing team and the best sales professional I have meet. I definitely enjoyed to do business with them with the best customer service and support and the best product knowledge that they have shared. Definitely recommend this store if you are in need of any appliance, furniture, bedding and carpet etc
The blue haired individual could not take a hint and was incredibly pushy. We already came in interested for furniture and were deterred from looking further due not being able to browse on our own. She was claiming items could be delivered earlier than stated online, I called customer service after to confirm and they stated it would not be faster being "shipped from Calgary". So I'm not sure what misinformation was being pushed but I won't be coming back to this location.
Excellent experience at Ashley today, abundant thanks to our salesperson Rebecca, who helped us immensely and acted so professionally the entire time. We’ll certainly be back!
