Geri, who had only been in customer sales for a week or so, was very well versed in the furniture products I was interested in purchasing; listened to my requirements and pointed me in exactly the right direction. Geri established a “wish list” for me and emailed me with all the measurements permitting me to ensure my suite would be able to accommodate my selections once I was home. I returned to the store on the VIP date and Geri, who was scheduled to be off that day, came into the store to close the deal - impressive! Mine was a somewhat complicated purchase, involving a number of “new” steps for her - she was exceptionally professional throughout the entire process - never did I feel as though I needed to check out the competition. I will definitely recommend her as the “go to sales associate” at Ashley in the future! Great job Geri!!
