5 star for merchandise. Zero stars for professionalism. My step-dad was purchasing a clearance recliner on the weekend. Unbeknownst to us, an older red headed sales lady had shown the chair a little while before to another customer. She came back from a break and made us feel terrible that we had purchased the chair and that the other lady that was interested in it was mad that it had sold. The sales lady had voiced this repeatedly to us. The supervisor had to tell her this is a business and the other lady could have bought it had she really wanted it. But the customer had waited on it. Upon pickup today, the same red headed older lady says to me, oh I didnt know you were picking it up today. Im like yeah we said that yesterday. Then she says I wouldn't know that I was dealing with the pissed off customer over this chair. Like this lady made us feel like crap when it should've been a good experience for my step-dad. He had been so excited over the purchase. The supervisor was great, this other lady is awful and has zero people skills. Get better Ashley's.
Love the dining room table and chairs. The delivery and assembly service was great!
Thanks to Ashley Furniture and the Penticton Staff - especially Miss Geri Welsh She fit her professional role as a kit glove Well done GERI. Thank you The couch purchased today is for my family to use in several ways comfort, a place to snooze, a place to relax with others Yes a good choice The store was busy Our business was interrupted a couple times - persistence paid off Both Ashley made a small profit and I received an excellent offering from the sales manager. Thanks for the new couch - will go along ways to fill our needs
Howard was amazing! Such a sweet helpful guy. 100% recommended going to him for any furniture advice you need :)
Jamie provided one of the best sales experiences I've had in a long time. Knows her stuff but wasn't pushy at all. We'll be back! Thanks Jamie 👍
Good and affordable and nice customer service.
