Worst experience ever!! Paid for delivery and ended up having to rent a U-Haul and pick up ourselves! It’s been well over a month and they still have not refunded our delivery charges! Manager will not do anything for us as he says has to be done by Guest Services! Well they won’t even call us back! I have called them several times and nothing is being done! How hard is it to issue a refund to our debit card?? Also was told will get a $200 prepaid visa and that never happened either! We spent over $4000 and seems once you buy they no longer care about you! Horrible customer service!! Will never buy from them again!!
I don’t know why are they displaying the stuff😅. Very disappointed with our experience. We went to buy a bed and bed frame that were on display. We were told the bed was out of stock, and we couldn’t buy the bed frame because they said they needed to remove another mattress first. It was frustrating to spend time choosing products only to find out they weren’t actually available to purchase. The store should keep customers informed about stock availability and any restrictions before they make a decision.
