We were looking for a comfortable swivel/rocker recliner. At the Ashley HomeStore in Trail we almost immediately saw a chair that would meet all our requirements, but it was a light color and we were not sure it would compliment our home interior. Joseph was a huge help. He showed us how to take apart the recliner in two sections so it could fit in the back of our SUV. He was very patient and answered all our questions. We then checked out the other furniture options near Trail and Castlegar. After carefully considering all the choices available, we ended up going back to Ashley HomeStore in Trail to take one more look at the first recliner. While we were gone, Joseph had already checked into other color options and he welcomed us back with new information. He had discovered a brand new recliner in the stockroom in a darker color, 'smoke'. He opened the box and offered to put it together for us to try it out. We went for a coffee break and came back to a fully assembled chair, ready for us to try. Joseph put considerable effort into this. He showed us how exactly to attach the back piece onto the base and what to look for with the mechanism. Joseph and Jas even carried the two pieces, well wrapped up, to the back of our SUV. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the experience at Ashley in Trail. Now the question is, should we go back and also get the other chair.... they are soooo comfortable! The owner of the store, Jas, was so incredibly helpful. Not only was he super friendly, warm and welcoming but he helped us find the right couch for us, in the right material, size and fit. We sat on many couches and he was so patient with us. I would highly recommend this store for finding what you need. Jas was lovely and can’t recommend his help and expertise enough!

Very posh / elegant sales floor, HUGE amount of stock, many options in a variety of price points. Salesperson (Jas) was extraordinary - helpful, direct, and personable. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for furniture.

Such amazing customer service and quality that can't be beat! My husband and I purchased our reclining couch and recliner chair two years ago from Ashley and we loooove it!
