Terrible experience, horrendous customer service call center, do not recommend. Visited the Brandon store, everyone on location has been lovely. A few months after being to the Ashley’s Brandon, googled the Brandon Ashley website to order island stools online (called into the to ask that the lady was given credit). I then contacted the Brandon store to confirm the arrival date in Brandon (3 times), drove in to get them, only to find out the hadn’t even left Winnipeg and no one had bothered to let me know via a call or email. (We have since heard multiple times how bad the online ordering and call centre customer service is.) We then made arrangements to drive back in for pick up the following week. Once we put one stool together, we realized they are the wrong height. Called the store to figure out how to exchange the bar height for the counter height, they advised us to call customer service, which was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. No help, rude, arrogant, condescending, all of it. I did not ask for money back, only for counter height instead of bar height. Previously have always had good experience with Ashelys but after this will not be returning and do not recommend putting yourself through the hassle. Go somewhere else where they have good service. Very disappointed and still seeking a solution.
Willing to price match for the furniture we wanted! Very quickly chose and paid for what we were looking for.
Ordering was easy and the employees approached us as soon as we walked in. Delivery was smooth as well. When they came in to set up our couch the delivery drivers were respectful and made sure to take their shoes off. The tracking page was very useful and pretty accurate and they sent us lots of updates about delivery and times.

Ordered a sectional couch from Ashley in November and it’s mid January and I’m still waiting for pieces for it, no one on the customer service lines are any help or seem to care that I’m still waiting.
