In contrast, my experience at Ashley’s was satisfactory, but their customer service has been poor since I made a purchase. They informed me that one of the products from my order would require an additional three weeks, extending the waiting time beyond what I had anticipated. Consequently, I am only receiving half of my order. When I inquired about the lack of a response, I also raised concerns about the breach of contract and the inability to provide a satisfactory explanation. I requested compensation for this inconvenience. I requested to speak to the supervisor, but the sales attendant refused to do so, citing an ongoing event. I believe this is an unacceptable excuse for neglecting customers who have already placed orders. The sales attendant assured me that she would contact the supervisor after the event, which took place on either a Wednesday or Thursday. However, it is now Monday, and the supervisor has not yet returned from the event. I have also contacted Ashley’s 1800 customer service number and spoken to someone there, but I received the same unsatisfactory response. Furthermore, I had designated my husband as the contact since I am often busy at work and unable to answer my phone. Unfortunately, he also experienced the same lack of communication. Their proposed solution was to cancel my order and reorder it, which would extend the delivery date by the additional three weeks I am already waiting for my product. When I inquired about the possibility of picking up the order and receiving the other piece sooner, they informed me that the earliest delivery would be four weeks from the agreed-upon date specified in the contract. Overall, my experience at Ashley’s has been unsatisfactory. No resolution was achieved, and I am still awaiting a call from the supervisor. The company’s customer service is unacceptable. Individuals who are unable to perform their jobs to the fullest extent should not be employed in customer service roles.

We’ve previously had terrible experiences at Ashley furniture, but keep coming back because we do love the design and features of the furniture they offer. This experience however was leaps and bounds ahead of past experiences, the customer service was excellent, they explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and were honest when answering our questions. Thumbs up to the current management team!

Will never buy from Ashley again. They have attempted to deliver our furniture 3 times and something is broken each time. It’s been 4 months since we purchased our furniture and we still haven’t received everything yet. Also terrible customer service. We have tried to contact them multiple times to discuss this and every time they tell us they will look into it and call us back, yet they never do.

Hi Ashley, i do not know how else to resolved this issue. I got bed frame that didn't match my mattrass. I first asked to select another one. I went to the store but could not get any. I requested return. They said they will revert. Your team called that the return is approved. And scheduled 27th Sept to pick up the item which, they have picked. They said they will process cancellation and notify fairstone.I have waited for your team to process and complete cancellation to no avail. I have been getting conflicting information from different customer service agents then. Some say the cancellation is been worked on and will be closed soon. If I call another time another agent will say there is no return approval. This back and forth has been going since. I called again today. I help contact your team to help resolve my issue. It is very frustrating. How can I pay for item i don't have. Please I requedy closure for this issue. I rated you guys high for smooth and seamless pick up. But what i am experiencing now it terrible

One of the staff was very helpful with helping me figure out what kind of bed was good for me and even helped me realize I needed a new pillow. I went back later to get said pillow and she remembered me and even helped me pick out the one best for me. Thanks!

I was very impressed with Mike and his partner with the delivery method , they had to lift a heavy sofa bed above my kitchen island to get to the living room . They were very professional about every little detail , and kept me.informed the whole time . Other delivery drivers could sure take lessons from these 2 guys . I will definitely do all my shopping at Ashley Furniture, if just for the delivery service . I've had drivers that haven't said as much as 2 words to me ,,,just delivered and left. Keep up the good work Mike and his partner. (Sorry I didn't catch the partners name )
