I bought a coffee table and picked it up from the warehouse on Oct 17th When I opened it at home I discovered the table was damaged and I immediately followed their instructions and reported the damage within 48 hours, emailing photos and my order number. After nearly a week with no reply, I called and was told the claim was being reviewed. It’s been 10 days and multiple follow-up calls later, I still have only promises no refund, no pickup, and no timeline. The store’s requirement that an item be returned within 48 hours is unreasonable when they don’t respond in that window. I reported the damage on time and should not be penalized for their delay. I want a full refund and the option for them to collect the damaged table.
Great buying experience. Staff showed us a variety of pieces that met what we were looking for. Allowed us to look & try at our own pace and freely. Answered all of our questions. Felt very comfortable the entire time! The delivery team was super efficient, professional and polite. Our furniture was removed and new furniture installed within a few minutes! Absolutely and amazing buying experience. I very much recommend.

I bought a reclining couch and swivel accent chair from Ashley Homestore on Regent. It was a very pleasant shopping experience. Brenda guided me through the store to look at all the possible choices and was very helpful. I then went to three other competitors but quickly found myself back at Ashley's. The gentlemen who delivered the furniture were friendly, professional, and careful. I would absolutely recommend Ashley Homestore!
Delivery was well coordinated with emails and messages sent ahead by admin, a delivery location tracker was sent on the day of delivery as well, it was prompt. Delivery guys were pleasant and did a great job. I would use the service again and recommend it also. Great job everyone 👏 👍. Second time using Ashley. All expectations exceeded again. 👏
