Just purchased my first couch for my first place! It is very firm but i am sure that’s how all couches are at first. The delivery guys were awesome and very easy to work with. The reason i didn’t give full stars is because there was confusion with my purchase and the delivery guys were unaware and confused because my couch is missing a piece that will be delivered next week.
Friendly and courteous service all around - were very patient with us as well struggled to make a decision. Delivery was prompt and delivery guys did an outstanding job !! Well done everyone!!

Arsh is the best asset of this store. My wife and I walked in just to look for a bed frame, but we ended up purchasing all the furniture for our new home. She is very knowledgeable and clearly knows what she’s doing. Now we’re hoping the delivery goes smoothly, but overall it was a great experience
