Great help with no pressure! UPDATE: There was an issue with our sectional couch, there was what appeared to be a metal staple sitcking out a 1/2" out of the armrest that we noticed a couple days after deliver. We contacted the salesman and he said we have to contact their warranty department. We contacted the warranty department and sent pictures and they mailed us new fabric for the armrest with no explanation what to do with it. Contacted the warranty department again and they gave us another number to contact for a tech to come out and take apart the couch and fix it. After booking the appointment and taking a day off work to meet the tech at our house they cancelled the appointment a few hours before they were supposed to come. We had to rebook the appointment and now I have to take another day off work to have the tech at our house for the repair. I feel that the armrest portion of the sectional couch should have been fully replaced instead of having us go through this. Who is reimbursing me for the 2 days booked off work?!?! Doubtful that we will be purchasing through Ashley again. If you have issues it is a real pain. Another update: The 2nd appointment to fix the couch was also cancelled, now that’s 2 days of lost time and now have to rebook the repair appointment again and take another vacation day off work. This is completely unacceptable and it shows a lack of respect for customers time. I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from Ashley Furniture if you have any concerns with customer service. Another Update: I received a phone call from Rose from customer service. She addressed my situation regarding the cancellation of the couch repairs. The repair was completed last week, and the repair person arrived on time and performed the work efficiently and professionally. The initial delivery charge has been credited, and a gift card will be sent. She acknowledged that this issue should have been avoided.
