Brenda was lovely and knowledgeable about the products and there was no pressure. All the staff seemed very friendly and made the experience great.
Delivery was ahead of time. Both people involved were lovely. Would use this service again without hesitation.
Every thing is well
While my sales person was lovely, the experience after receiving my couch and chair has been horrible. Chair was delivered ripped and stained and with a horrendous odor that would cause migraines. The rip and stain were later repaired however they refuse to do anything about this disgusting smell. The couch and chair have sat for over a month with no improvement. I've bought many couches and chairs from Ashley but never had them smell like this. I can't be in the room very long without getting nauseous or a migraine. Attitude from Guest Care was "that's your problem." Really pathetic customer service from Guest Care. Manager refused to come on the call to discuss.
Over all great experience at this location. One thing we noticed was staff was trained exceptionally well in product knowledge, and customers were left alone until assistance was required. Some price haggling was needed, happy with outcome.
Dominic was an amazing sals man. He gave us time to make our decision and didn't make us feel pressured. We used our time to make the use of Ashley's price match system and when we let Dominic know, he didn't make us feel bad and matched as advertised. My fiance and I have both purchased from Ashley/Defense and will do again in the future 😀
