Linda 2 reviews Extremely Disappointed with Ashley Furniture’s Customer Service BRUTAL, BRUTAL,BRUTAL! I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received from Ashley Furniture on Regent and their AI JENNY!. I placed an in-store order on May 23, 2026. At the time, the service was excellent, and I was advised that one of my items — a duvet cover — was on back order until June 23, 2026. That was completely fine. On June 25, 2026, I received a text message from JENNY (AI) informing me that the item had arrived and was ready for pickup at the store. I went to the location and waited approximately 30 minutes, only to be told that the product was stained. I was never shown the item, but I trusted the staff’s explanation. I was then told that a replacement would be delivered to my home within two weeks. It has now been three weeks, and I have received no update whatsoever. To make matters worse, I later received another text with my order number asking me to rate the service. I used that opportunity to ask about the status of the duvet cover, only to be told that it appeared the store mistakenly believed I had already picked it up. That is absolutely not the case. I then contacted Customer Service directly, and I have now been told that a manager will be looking into the issue. I am currently waiting for a response from Manager Kera or Sales Associate Kevin. At this point, this has become extremely frustrating. I have been patient and understanding throughout the process, but the lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. I am hoping this matter is resolved immediately and that someone from Ashley Furniture takes ownership of this situation. Still waiting for a manager to contact me. Well after I was told several times a manager will call me back by 2:30 today nobody called. I ended up calling back to speak with a manager (Rocky) I ended up requesting a refund as nobody knows what’s going on. AI is sending me texts to arrange my delivery. I asked why am I getting texts saying I can arrange a delivery and then the manager informed me they are having issues with the AI and they are working on fixing it!. They I called Customer Care but NOBODY seems to care! Let’s see how long it takes for a refund! Holding my breath!
Salesmen were very knowledgable
Our experience was very good. Our representative, Raman was very helpful from the minute we walked in.
The only good thing about the purchase was white glove delivery service. Was quick, great communication and installation was perfect! However... We applied for financing and after several confirmations with the sales rep to ensure we understood it would be no payments of any sort for "x" number of months, she still got it wrong and we ended up making payments sooner than expected. If you can avoid financing, great, otherwise work with a rep that actually understands their job!
