We will be buying all our furniture from Ashley, there was no pressure sales tactics and no “hovering” over us. When we were ready Riley was great. When couch was delivered there was a small stain noticed. Delivery guys took it right back and were back at my house in an hour. All around best experience ever furniture shopping. Had an amazing experience with Ashley Furniture! The sales lady Nivedha was incredible and very helpful! Love my new dresser. Delivery was great and the gentleman went above and beyond! Greatly appreciated!

First time shopping with ashley furniture, and it was an amazing buying experience because of Nivedha from the atrium location. I went with the larce sectional in stone colour due to the novella fabric and the fact that all the cushions are removable and washable. Nivedha explained how awesome the fabric was and recommended it because of our dogs and answered all of my questions on their fabric warranty coverage and helped me with the layout options until we found the perfect one for our large rec room, she even helped me on her days off via email! She is a very friendly, knowledgeable and very patient saleswoman. Go see her if you’re in the market for any Ashley furniture. I will update my review on the larce sectional after it’s been delivered and been put to use.
