We went out on the hunt for a new couch. We decided to go to Ashley as we’d heard good things about quality. The experience was nothing but positive. We were greeted by Stephen 2.0 with a “Hey how are you doing? If you have any questions I’ll be around so you can find me.” This was awesome. My wife & I hate to be accosted or shadowed. Prior to coming to Ashley we were at competitor stores all with less than a desirable ambience. We purchased the couch set in the pics and all we had to do was get delivery the following week. I had a delivery window of 1-4 pm. The delivery truck starts backing in my driveway at 1:02 pm. The installation took 29 minutes. The guys were miracle workers as we have a split level with several 90 degree turns from the door to the TV room. The couch was wrapped in a heavy blanket and in immaculate shape. We’d highly recommend Ashley to have the same experience.

After visiting many stores I walked into Ashley furniture and knew I would find whatI was looking for. Welcoming and not pushy - let me wonder. I then was lucky to have Stephen Miller patiently talked with me, answered my questions and made suggestions. He let me walk away to ponder my choices - no rush. I even went back next day to make my purchase. Prices were fantastic - everyone was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to receiving my new sofa and love seat. Thanks Stephen... Sales were very informative and not pushy. I was able to explain what i was looking for and things I liked. They were able toshow me several options for my choices. We are happy with our rec room selections.
