Helpful from start to finish. Nice products.
I had a great experience with the sales rep Jacob but after we got out furniture it has been nothing but a disaster. Their customer service "sucks" to put it mildly and also their furniture is substandard. The couch was delivered with flaws ans they didn't want to exchange it. Also you probably didn't know this but it was made out of particle wood. My mom leaned on the arm rest and it collapsed. I would definitely choose another furniture store.
Just bought a couch from Ashley Furniture and the experience was incredible. I have to give a HUGEEEEEEE shout out to Tarik Topic. From the minute we walked in the store, we were greeted and treated like a person and not a sale. He took the time to explain all of the current promotions and listened to what we were actually looking for. We appreciated how much he cared and wanted to show us what we actually wanted until we found the perfect couch. Love the couch and the service was 10/10 from Tarik! Get other salespeople! So unprofessional, especially young guy and other older guy. Not helpful at all.
Robert at Ashley Barrie, was terrific! He was clear, knowledgeable about the products and great on the follow through. No pressure, just a great sale.
We dealt with assistant sales manager Tarik who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. He was quick to answer our questions and double checked with us that we were aligned and happy with our decisions. Overall great experience at the Barrie store buying our new bed and mattress!

The salesperson was very helpful but not intrusive. I was able to get a good delivery date that worked for me. I have not had the furniture delivered yet so I can't comment on how it went with the delivery.
