The service was great. The price reasonable.
They lied to us. Horrible experience. We were told that the table was brand new and that there were no issues, as soon as we opened it up it was a completely used and scratched up table. We asked the guy at Ashley why it was in a different box if it was new and he brushed us off and said that it was right. This has been an absolutely horrible experience from a company that strives on being “the best” and amazing with customer service.

Amazing experience, absolutely wonderful customer service. I was helped through the whole experience. Definitely recommend, Matt and Jacob were amazing talking us through everything, Chris helped out a lot with helping us figure out financing and just an amazing experience.
We got off to a rocky start with a bit of confusion re: financing, but Deanna (Barrie ON location) is a WONDERFUL help and I really appreciate her hard work and effort. She is extremely caring and made me feel valued and heard.
