From the moment I walked into store, service was impeccable. AB was an amazing Sales Rep from start to finish. Delivery today went off without a hitch. Three gentlemen were hard workers and very respectful. I will definitely purchase from Ashley furniture in the future.
We went to Ashley in Belleville "just window shopping" for a sectional couch. The salespeople are great. They were friendly & helpful, but no pressure. We were left alone to shop at our own speed and found one we liked. They gave us a great deal and we ended up buying it. Delivery was quick and professional too. We'll go back to this place!

I purchased the Hennington Bed and dresser from this location. I had the pleasure of working with Abi. He was amazing, he had provided great customer service before purchasing, during and after. I bought both on sale for a Steal of a Price, and I had received White Glove Delivery. They brought both items, one being 260lbs up several staircases ( I felt aweful, its not easy). They didn't complain at all and were nothing but professional. Once they left I did notice paint missing from a couple spots, and the agent came with NO ISSUES and corrected it. I am VERY pleased! If you are hesitant go into the store they have different offers, and delivery fees than online!
Jay and his staff are great folks to deal with. Have bought a couple pieces of furniture from them and it's always been a great experience. Everyone is very curtious and helpful.
Without a doubt the best experience our Family has had purchasing and receiving new furniture in 30 years. Awesome quality products and great prices. Service in the store was perfect, very attentive but with ZERO pressure and then our furniture was delivered to our home EARLIER than expected by 2 very caring and knowledgeable Ashley Team members
I would highly recommend Ashley Furniture… right from the customer service when placing the order… all the way through to delivery. The delivery guys were great, they unpacked everything, set it up and took all cardboard and plastic with them. I will absolutely be shopping here again.
