Worst experience with ashely about the bed sets I purchased from them. On First Delivery, the delivery driver informed me that the items were damaged. Despite this, I agreed to accept a replacement. However, on second time delivery for replacement stuff again set of damaged bed sets. I contacted their customer service team, and on Third time again set of damaged items was delivered. We accepted because they said technician will come to fix since then no one call us or inform us anything. worst experience please don't believe them they don't know how to deal customer who spend lot of money to buy their damaged stuff . This repeated issue has caused significant inconvenience and distress to my family..
