We had an extremely disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture at this location. We spent over $20,000, yet the delivery team arrived with damaged products. They promised to return with replacements but never showed up. The store also committed to sending us the invoice by email, which we still have not received. When we contacted customer service, we were told the purchase was “final sale.” However, without providing a proper invoice, how is a customer supposed to know or verify that? From the sales representatives to store management, we were repeatedly misled. To make matters worse, the delivery team left the mattress on the first floor, and we were unable to move it into our new home. This has forced us to pay for temporary accommodations elsewhere, adding unnecessary expense and stress. We are now prepared to pursue legal action regarding this matter. If anyone else has experienced similar issues with this Ashley location, feel free to contact me
