The staff was kind and helpful helped us picking our couch and kitchen table for our new place. They went over and beyond to help us with our budget they were patient while we changed our minds once or twice but at the end they helped us make our first time home buyers perfect. will use them again

Marketing / advertising is misleading and often incorrect. Do better corporate office. Also, return policy is exceptionally bad.

Many thanks to Heba and Henry - I purchased a couple of "poufs" - there were complications but Heba and Henry solved all my issues and I highly recommend purchasing from this store. When I'm ready to buy my grey loveseat - this is where I'll shopping!
Went in to check out a loveseat I had interest in from some online shopping. Heba greeted me and knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. There was a sale for the couch model but not the loveseat model of what I was looking at, but Heba managed to get the price knocked down enough where I was sold! Was also very accommodating with having the loveseat shipped to this location where, from what I could tell, if I bought online I'd have to drive to Mississauga for pick up so all in all I'm very happy with the service today. Heba is a star!
