I am still waiting for my sofa. When I booked , I have told that we need it by perticular date and sell person and manager told me that availability is two days after but they will manage. They insisted to apply Firestone which I have done. I didn’t get any paperworks. Anyway, I got call for even late deliveries. I called so many time to store but no answer. I called sells person and left message no answer. I am not happy with it. I am still waiting for my sofa hoping no problem once I get.
The delivery was done by Amit. Very kind, respectful and professional service. Ashley should retain people like him.
