We popped in to ask about bed frames and ended buying an outdoor table. The young woman who helped us was lovely and professional. The Manager, who sat behind the counter on his phone, did not raise his head until I enquired if he was in fact, the Manager. Acknowledgement of us, the only customers in the store, would have been appreciated and professional. Hence, only four stars.

She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to provide a detailed explanation of all my options and making sure I felt confident in my choices. What truly stood out was her dedication—she stayed past closing time just to ensure everything was taken care of. Her professionalism, especially in explaining the different types of mattresses and their benefits, along with her patience and strong commitment to customer service, were outstanding. Disappointing Delivery Experience – Order Cancellation I am writing to share my frustration with a recent delivery experience that led me to cancel my order. To prepare for the delivery, I relocated my existing bed to another room the night before to make space as delivery was scheduled early morning at 7.45am.When the delivery team arrived, I asked if they could place the new bed in that adjacent room. Initially, the delivery person agreed and said they would do so only if the bed was disassembled. I assured him that was no problem, and my spouse and I immediately disassembled the bed ourselves. However, once it was ready, he then refused to move even the disassembled pieces—such as a headboard—just a few steps away to the other room. Instead, he spent 15 minutes calling his managers, making the experience needlessly difficult and stressful. This level of inflexibility and lack of support—especially after we went out of our way to make things easier for the team—is completely unacceptable. I ultimately decided to return the entire order. What should have been a simple, straightforward delivery turned into a frustrating ordeal. As a result, you have not only lost my business, but also the potential business of my family and friends who were considering purchases based on my experience. I hope this feedback encourages your team to review the training and customer service standards of your delivery partners.
A good portion of their furniture is available online only....so if you don't like it...because you can't see it or try out comfort level ...Ashley Furniture charges a 10% restocking fee in the form of a store credit. What a joke. Enjoy going bankrupt.

Wish I could give it a negative 100. Always got all our furniture here and apparently in the last few years they have gone to crap. They delivered my sons bed and mattress and when I asked why the mattress was huge they said it would "shrink" in 24 hours... turns out they delivered a king mattress for a double bed and we waited a month for the proper mattress to come. Despite the lies and inconvenience I went back and ordered my daughters bed and mattress (she picked a bed with LED lights) they didn't work in the showroom and I should have taken that as a sign. The remote wouldn't work so they can't be turned off or turned a different colour. I got a replacement remote sent and surprise, surprise it does not work. The couch we ordered is also a piece of garbage and the cushion is not fastened on in any way so it falls off every 4 seconds. Horrible customer service to top it off. Never again. Update: The wonderful men who came to switch out the headboard came to the conclusion that it was a faulty sensor. They replaced it and all is good. Someone called to discuss my issues and I left that conversation happy as to how my problems were handled.
