My husband and myself were looking for a mattress and decided to check out Ashley Home Store in Guelph We were welcomed when entering the store and Hafsa Ikram showed us all the mattresses that were available in the store. She was very helpful! We were really pleased. Thank you Hafsa for helping us today. :)
Ordered a sofa for delivery to our apartment. The delivery was left in the lobby of the building. Ask them to bring it up and they said no. We called the Ashley and spoke to the Manager and Assistant Manager why the sofa was left in the lobby. Apparently we did not pay for the delivery service that brings it up to your unit???? We were not told that the delivery we paid for dropped it in the lobby! The manager and assistant manager did not care at all. They made a mistake not telling us their delivery policy but they would not rectify the issue. Once that sale was done....too bad! Terrible customer service at the Guelph store. Be aware!!!
Great store and staff. We were looking for a new sofa and the manager, Fareena, was wonderful to deal with. No pressure to buy and she made great, helpful suggestions. Highly recommended.

Great experience with the delivery of our furniture! The online tracking of the delivery vehicle was very useful, since we didn't have to schedule our whole day around the delivery. Matt

We had Fareena as a salesperson. She was very nice and helpful, but not pushy like some can be. Will return to this store if we have a need to.👍😃
The customer service following purchase when issues arise was bellow satisfactory. Basically in your own to resolve any issues. Happy with the furniture and will see if missing parts arise timely to allow use of all pieces.
