This is my second time picking something up from this store in Guelph qt Woodlawn. The first time, i was picking up a dining table and the pakistani lady who was attending to me was extremely rude since my order was an online order and she could not make a commission off of it. The second time, i order an accent pillow online that took more than a month to arrive. When i went for pickup, the store and me alongside spent 40 minutes in their warehouse to look for it. Disappointing to say the least.
My shoppiong experience was quite pleasant. Owen was very helpful in locating items that I was searching for and assisted with getting my purchase into the car. Thank you Owen!
