Wait time is ridiculous, service was mediocre at best and the deception used for “terms” and refunds I find unacceptable. When you call the sales person out, they get made at you. Don’t shop there
Very helpful salesman. He made sure that what I was ordering was what I had described to him. Price matched a competitors price with no hesitation. A positive experience.

Amazing service by the staff ( Michael P) . He was very welcoming ,extremely understanding and patient with me and my family. We ended up getting more then we planned because the process was so easy on us and with us being able to take the time and not feel rushed we were able to take the time to think about what we actually needed.
Update: As I mentioned in my original review, customer service here is wonderful and quickly called me back to rectify the issue (same day). Despite the issues I had with the lamp in question, I do recommend this location. It’s not the first time I’ve purchased furniture from an Ashely’s and have never had any previous complaints. Thank you :) Original Post: First things first, I want to say that my rating has nothing to do with the customer service at this location. I would 100% rate this place 5 stars solely based on my customer service experience with Adrian. However, I bought a lamp from this location (ordered in store) and picked it up yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately I just started setting it up this morning to find that it was packaged horribly, with no instructions and I believe I’m missing attachment pieces, not to mention a chipped and broken glass ball for the lamp. So I called to politely ask about the return policy, because in stores I was told I had 3 days to have it at home and set it up, and if for whatever reason didn’t like it I could get a full refund. Turns out I was misinformed, I can only exchange in stores and this policy does not apply to accessories. $160 dollars down the drain. Overall, I hate to say I’m disappointed in this product and I hope it’s a one off thing.
The staff were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Their delivery and set-up team (2) were timely and efficient. One item we had ordered was unexpectedly long in delivery yet once received was easily installed by ourselves. We would purchase other items from Ashley's if the occasion arises.

Went to Ashley furniture for the 1st time. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The staff also gave my wife and I space to look around. I found out they made all the furniture in the store. I hadn't heard of Ashley before this so I was amazed. I recommend everyone to check out their home store. My wife and I sat on a couch and we both said how comfortable it was. So I bought a 3 seat couch and matching chair. I will buy again from Ashley furniture. It is stylish and good quality furniture.
