Great service throughout all coworkers, offered a wide variety of options
We had a really great experience at this location! Milanka was amazing—super welcoming, friendly, and not pushy at all. She was so helpful and made the whole sales process easy to understand. The manager was also incredibly accommodating; they actually applied a discount to our dining table and chairs without us even asking because we were ordering eight chairs! We paid for the delivery and assembly, and everything arrived just one week later. The delivery went super smooth and the whole process was just stress-free. So grateful for the help—we would definitely go back!
Unreliable customer service. My mom bought a dining table and got a scratch on the table, wrong screws and wrong manual and its been 3 months we've been waiting for the a new bench and correct hardware to arrive as they said they'll deliver it. Every time we reach out to them they say its either on the way or they dont know where it is. This is the last time we purchase from here.
We bought a floor model cabinet at Ashley furniture from Roxann and we're very happy with their customer service, price and product knowledge. First time we shopped there amd would highly recommend.

I will never visit this store. Sales people at this store need to learn how to talk towards customers and being not pushy instead of understanding what one needs.
