It was wonderful shopping at Ashley furniture. The sales people were helpful, informative and never pushy. I was very pleased with the experience and my purchases.

I went to the store to look for some furniture and I had a lady by the name of Melanka serve me! She was simply amazing offering tips and suggestions for me and I finally decide on what to purchase and she followed through with everything perfectly. I texted her a couple times for changes and there was never any problem. She was more than willing to help. She was more like a family member instead of a stranger, but she is very conscientious and very helpful and she did everything that was required to make it easy for me. I loved being there at the store and I'm so glad that she helped me out. Five stars to her and I hope and wish her the best in the future! I can't post pictures because I don't get my furniture till November 3rd. But I assure you it was a great success going there!!!

Milanka at the Kitchener store was very helpful and even followed up with me following our visit to the store. She was able to offer us an even better price on the recliner we were looking at. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture. I’ve had nothing but good experiences.

Let me start from the beginning. I went to buy a mattress and frame for my elderly father who is in a care home. The young lady who served me did not try to "over-sell" me something that would not be appropriate for an elderly person. Everything was very reasonably priced and a delivery date was arranged. The delivery men were punctual and courteous (Raptors). Unfortunately, the base of the bed had been miss-labelled and I had to go back to the store to show them how the size wasn't correct for the mattress. All 3 gentlemen behind that desk were helpful and considerate of my situation. The issue was remedied in 10 minutes. I was to receive a text with a choice of delivery dates for the exchange...but with technology some challenges present themselves. I went to the store and one of the gentlemen (Owen) I spoke to the week before handled this expediently and he confirmed the date that I had tried to arrange on the text. I would like to thank Owen for being so helpful and polite. I will certainly return to this particular location when I need to purchase new furniture. It's nice to have a store in town whose personnel treat customers well.

Our sales representative Daniel showed a good balance of being attentive while giving us time to ourselves. He presented options for us to consider. His approach was professional and he didn't hesitate to get the details we needed to answer our questions. All other aspects influencing delivery and payment were easily handled. Overall, it was a very good experience for us.
