Our experience was amazing. It was initiated by a telephone call and from that we decided to visit the Kitchener store. The manager was helpful, attentive and considerate. We would definitely go back there first again should we ever need to but furniture.

I buy a lot from Ashley but the fact I pay $100 for delivery and they leave my couch on my front porch. Disappointing. There was a time where they would at least bring it inside. Very disappointing. I dragged that couch inside to my living room, alone, and two guys couldn’t drop it in my hallway.
