SCAMMED!!! I’ve never been so displeased with a company. We ordered a table from this site, when it arrived the box had been ripped at the bottom so the entire table fell out in pieces onto our sidewalk. Then after picking it all up.. we try to assemble the dining table and find out that it’s missing the LEAF. We contact the company.. someone named Jenny has just been giving us the run around for days saying we did receive it and that we are lying.. which makes absolutely zero sense because why in the world would we want a second leaf ? Or lie about not receiving one ? Finally we cave and assemble the table.. halfway through we find out that the table is missing a bolt AND the threaded incert that goes in the table. Will they send us the spare parts? Of course they won’t. We had to go out and buy the bolt and threaded incert. Ive never seen such bad customer service in my life. What a scam. This is absolutely a scam website. They are basically just selling scraps of parts to people and calling it a set.

UPDATE: Shortly after my review was posted I was contacted by Rose from the London store and she offered to replace my chair. She apologized and promised to pursue the shortcomings I experienced with customer service. She was professional, friendly and courteous. Thank you, Rose, for your your prompt and satisfying response.

Highly recommend Ashley furniture! Great manager of the store and she gave us an amazing deal on what we wanted. We got our stuff way before the time slot given, and the guys were very fast delivering, putting things together, and very friendly! 10/10 Thankyou Ashley furniture we will definitely be buying from your store again! Buyer beware! I bought a Dreycoll rocker recliner from Ashley in London in September 2024. Total price $1,442. Within a couple months it was creaking and squeaking like crazy when I shifted my weight. Long story short, a technician was eventually dispatched to my home. He replaced the bottom portion of the chair but that did not improve the situation. He recommended Ashley replace the chair but his recommendation was rejected. In my last contact, on Sept. 15 this year, a customer service rep told me he'd call me back, that perhaps Ashley would sned another technician to my home to take another look. That callback hasn't happened. So I'm left with a one-year-old chair that sounds like it's on its last legs. Shameful product, shameful store, shameful customer service. My advice: shop elsewhere.

Great Service - the gentleman named Besar was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew all their products and lead times for delivery. I would highly recommend working with Besar and the manager who helped us secure pricing and delivery.

I specifically went into the store in order to check out the colors as sometimes online it's difficult to really tell. They didn't have the sectional I wanted there in the showroom or fabric swatches to see the colors, so in reality I could have just purchased online. I was a little put off when the salesman asked me why I didn't want to purchase something more up to date when I revealed I was looking to buy pretty much the same sectional as I had bought several years ago. Other than that he was very pleasant and luckily I went in when I did because I got immediately helped. Quite a few more people came in while I was paying but there didn't seem to be many associates to help them. It's a lovely store with a lot of nice furniture and I would go again.
