If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. We paid extra for delivery and install on a specific day because we needed a bed by that date. When they arrived they didn't have the hardware to put the bed together. They said they would be back early the next morning to finish the job, they didn't show up. Finally in the evening they arrived to install the bed and they opened it to find a rip in the fabric of the headboard. They wouldn't take the bed saying we needed to now go through their return process. Anybody we have spoken to on the phone has been incredibly unhelpful. They are now saying we won't get the bed for another 5 days. This is unacceptable after they have screwed up so many times. Nobody in the company has tried to make this right despite apologizing and saying they want us to have a "good experience". Ultimately it seems like nobody cares, the customer service representative just said "what will be will be"! Seriously!? Just do better, we spent a lot of money on this furniture and we have been treated like garbage. I will never shop here again.

I ordered this bed from Ashley last week. I paid an extra fee to have it delivered and installed on Thursday May 1st. When the install team got here they discovered that they were missing screws needed to complete the installation of the bed. It was crucial that the bed be set up that day as we were moving in the next day and did not want to sleep on the floor. I was told they would be back the next morning (Friday May 2nd) at 7:30am to complete the install of the bed. They left the bed boxes in my garage overnight. The next morning I went to the house to meet them at 7:30 for the installation. No one showed up. I got a phone call confirming installation would now happen at 6pm that evening. This was completely unacceptable, but what choice did I have. I then was told via text that the install team would not make it until 8pm that night. They wanted to build the bed with power tools while my two children would be sleeping right down the hall. Again I told them that this was unacceptable but what choice did I have? I didn't want to sleep on the floor that night. When the install team got here and took apart the boxes in my garage they found a large rip in the fabric of the head board. So of course the bed could not be installed. We called the customer service line they gave us to set up delivery of a new bed for the next day (Saturday May 3rd), now two days after the delivery date we paid for. At this point we have been apologized to 20 times. We have been told that the caring people at Ashley understand why we are frustrated. Yet no one has done anything to fix the problem. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. If the bed doesn't come today I am told the next possible delivery date is Wednesday. Completely ridiculous. We are beyond upset. After spending thousands of dollars with your company we could not be more let down. The first night in our new house was ruined by sleeping on the floor. I have called every customer service number I can find. No one has helped. I can't speak to a supervisor or manager because they are never free. They say the policy is that a supervisor can't do call backs, so I should just keep calling and hoping they are free. I asked the most recent customer service agent what they would do if they were in my situation. They said "what will be will be." Please make this right. Get us the bed we paid thousands of dollars for.

bad experience. I paid the delivery expecting they will bring my item inside the apartment but when the delivery guys could not fit the item on the door they just leave my item outside the apartment and i have no choice but to remove everything out of the box and bring it on the 4th floor alone.. to bad i pay 99 dollars for that kind of experience

Terrific vibe in store. Excellent selection. Friendly, helpful staff without being overwhelming. We are thrilled with our new couch and chaise. Great value. Was delivered within two weeks and communication re: delivery date, time was exceptional.
