I recently visited Ashley Furniture store.The place is nice and bright with modern furniture. I was there to look at counter height stools and they had a variety of them to select from. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. I found and purchased what I was looking for. I enjoyed my experience there.

The delivery and communication was exceptional. However the items were damaged which is unacceptable. The delivery team initiated a Request for follow up and a Case was requested. Ashley Home store reached out to me anda new couch and chair arrived this morning in perfect condition. Again the Delivery and communication was excellent as well as follow-up to ensure everything was acceptable. I am very happy with the end result.

Our sales person was fabulous!! He was very knowledgeable on performance, product knowledge, financing, etc. He was patient, kind and gave us space while contemplating what pieces to buy.
Purchased a sofa and two months after the extended 5 year warranty discovered a very sharp metal piece jutting out of the back of the sofa tearing the cushion. Obviously a hazard that didn’t just occur however Ashley Furniture provided zero assistance. Buyer beware. Many reputable places to buy furniture. Don’t purchase from Ashley if you are hoping for customer service
Delivered a damaged love seat. Would not send a technician to assess the damage. Had to navigate through an AI system that was not helpful. All I wanted was an exchange, apparently it’s against company policy?
Always heard that this store was expensive. I found competition pricing, quality furniture.
