Firstly Ezra. The moment we walked in we were greeted warmly by this young man. He assisted us in obtaining a sectional, pop up table and bed set. He stated all the particulars and and had a high wealth of knowledge about each product we purchased. He wasn't pushy at all and while we were waiting on information he stated he's only been there for 2 weeks. He made our visit so easy and relaxing. Secondly Shivani (manager). We ran into a couple minor issues getting everything processed but she was very personable and friendly. While finalizing the process she asked how we wanted the sectional as right or left chaise. She ensured we knew what we wanted and drew out a layout for us. She was patient with everything and also ensured our visit there was pleasing. Overall this experience has been probably the best experience I ever encountered while buying products anywhere. I thoroughly recommend these 2 individuals and this location wholeheartedly.
We had an incredible experience at Ashley furniture in london, and we cannot say enough great things about Ezra and his manager, Shivani. Ezra truly surpassed every expectation we could have imagined. His knowledge of every item we were interested in was extremely helpful, and his patience with our many questionable decisions while trying to choose the perfect pieces was greatly appreciated. He really understood the vision we had for every room in our new home and guided us in a way that made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. What stood out most was Ezra’s personality, professionalism, and friendliness. He made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire experience, which honestly became the deciding factor in purchasing everything we wanted today. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel simple, exciting, and comforting. Shivani, his manager, was also amazing in helping us close the deal. She double-checked everything Ezra had confirmed, helped fine-tune the minor details, and even assisted in creating an even better layout for our new furniture. Her attention to detail and support made a huge difference. We travelled from Sarnia and this was our first time purchasing from Ashley Furniture, but after today, it certainly won’t be our last. We’ll absolutely be making future purchases here and highly recommend asking for Ezra and Shivani if you want a truly exceptional experience!!!

Expensive and took forever to deliver Mar 9 purchase May 14 delivery...
Not great customer service. Went in there looking at couches, I saw a few I liked and tried to get help from someone but no one bothered to look my way for about 15 mins. I went up to the desk to finally get some assistance and the lady wasn’t much help when I asked questions about some of the couches and than walked back away to the desk, didn’t say if she would come back. About 5 mins later a gentleman did walk my way and offered his assistance. I asked if they could waive the delivery fee (about 100) to which they could only knock off $50. I asked if there was anything more they could do and his response was “oh wow over $50” which I thought was rude but whatever. He went to ask his manager and After some back and forth they couldn’t do more than what he offered which is totally fine, but what annoyed me is that after he said that, he just walked away. It was kinda weird the way he ended the conversation so abruptly. Didn’t offer another resolution, didn’t show me other couch options, just said we can’t honour waving the delivery fee and walked away. Its not even about the delivery fee it was just the way the situation was handled. I thought it was poor customer service.
Dealing with the people at the Brick and mortar location was fantastic. Great experience our Delivery guys were amazing and was the best delivery experience I ever had. However, the Low rating is due to Customer Service. Our adjustable bed We ordered came damage with broken parts and we also have one malfunction on a remote which doesn’t work properly. The Delivery guys took note and pictures. No one reached out to us. I had to call customer service several times the last time I demanded to speak with a supervisor, which would not get on the phone. The best part is, they tried to blame the delivery guys not themselves. This has been one of the worst experiences with customer service I have ever dealt with they just send the Customer in circles. I guess the object of the game is to frustrate you enough just to go away
Buyer beware.....I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service and the lack of clarity regarding what was included. I paid $99.00 for delivery, assuming the furniture would be at least be brought inside the home. (A lot of furniture stores do not charge for delivery, and if they do, items are brought in). Instead, the items were left outside, on my walkway, in a box, with no set up or assistance whatsoever. The delivery expectations were not explained properly and had I known, the furniture would only be dropped outside, I would never have agreed to pay the amount for delivery. Due to the poor experience and frustration with the service, I canceled the order. What makes this even more frustrating, was I still had to bring in the items, (Sofa and unassembled coffee table) is that I was then going to be charged $78.00 for the return pickup-and for that fee, the company was willing to enter my home and return the furniture. It makes no sense that a $99.00 delivery service would not include bringing the items inside, yet a lower pickup fee does. That said, I do want to recognize my sales rep, (Swastha) at the London store, who went out of her way to try and rectify the situation. Her professionalism and understanding were greatly appreciated. Overall, the communication surrounding our delivery services and fees was very misleading and disappointing. Much better transparency is needed so customers fully understand what is needed so customers fully understand what they are paying for. UPDATE, My initial delivery experience was frustrating, which is why I originally left a 2-star review. Since then, customer service has contacted me directly and made an honest effort to resolve the situation. I really appreciated being heard and the willingness to help, so I felt it was fair to update my review to 3 stars.
Aleg was very pleasant and made sure I understand everything. The guys that delivered my furniture were very pleasant and respectful.
