Had a terrible experience at the Ashely Warehouse. If I wasn’t buying this for my son, I would have left, probably still should have. The item was a newly received table and chairs set, so new that it didn’t have the price on it. The Sales Manager, took the skew number from a piece of paper that was just placed loosely on the table and looked it up. Said the cost was 799 + tax and would give 15% off as it was a current discount being given on floor models. Went into the store on Monday & Tuesday, came in to purchase it on Wednesday. The piece of paper with the skew # was no longer on the table so the Sales rep lifted the table, took a pic of the attached skew # and looked up the price. When I went to the front desk I saw her holding a print out depicting the set was actually 649 + tax. I asked the sale rep if that was the cost, she said yes. I asked why the difference in price in just a few short days. I was a told that is the price. Asked if we would still be receiving the 15% discount offered by the Sales Manager. The answer was no even though there are signs everywhere stating the 15% discount. The next few steps were atrocious. For some reason we couldn’t buy this set without her calling the Sales Manager, I asked why? Why does the Sales Manager need to be involved in a simple purchase? What if we were just random people that walked in? Would the Sales Manager need to be called? The Sales Rep placed the call while I was standing in front of her, they spoke in a different language, talking about the sale and the 2 days that I had previously been in. When the call ended I said that it was incredibly rude not to speak English as the conversation was about me and in front of me, sales rep said it was easier. I said well, you have a wonderful grasp of the English language, in fact you almost have no accent, same with your Sales Manager. It was beyond disrespectful. We purchased the set without the 15% discount that was offered in the beginning. Listened to malarkey about the price begin reduce and 15% no longer applicable. What if that piece of paper on the table top was for a different set? What if the real price was actually from the skew # actually underneath the table? Explain to me why a brand new set would be reduced 150 in 2 days. I walked around the store and looked at the other tables/chairs. Took pictures on the Monday. Why were none of the other pieces reduced? Perhaps I should be grateful that I waited until Wednesday to purchase the set. The 15% discount should have been applied and should be credited to us predicted on the Sales Managers word and the signs everywhere in the store. We are picking this set up tomorrow. Asked the Sales Rep if it will be packed up for us. The Sales rep said they will take the legs off the table, I said but you will wrap it, right? I sincerely hope the table and chairs are cared for. We selected that date as apparently there are no pickups allowed on Sunday. I trusted this store, have purchased many things from this Location. I never will again and in fact will go out of my way to warn others to stay away.

I was there to buy some furniture for my new apartment and Rahat the sales person helped me to buy the items . The service was marvellous and so helpful , moreover to the point whatever i need. No doubts , straight forward talks and dealing . Appreciated it

My delivery was perfect. The guys were beyond helpful. They removed my old furniture and took down all the packaging. All in all my experience was terrific
