Had a great experience with Ashar and Ryan. We bought sectional and table. They both were very thorough and explained all the details. Even though we were there at the time of closing, they both stayed longer to complete our transaction. Really appreciate their support and dedication to customer service. Would highly recommend.

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service and products I have received from Ashley. I purchased a sectional that turned out to be defective, and it took six months for this issue to be acknowledged. During this time, I experienced extreme stress and frustration by delaing with Ashley customer service. Although an exchange order was eventually approved, the replacement furniture exhibited the same problems: sagging cores within two months, a squeaky frame, and poorly formed back cushions with uneven foam distribution. When it was agreed that the cores would be replaced, the technician arrived twice with the wrong parts. I had taken days off work for these appointments, only to have the service incomplete due to poor management on Ashley's part. Each time I contact customer service, I must recount my entire experience, and while apologies are offered, the issues remain unresolved due to inadequate note-taking and follow-up. I am now at the point where I am considering throwing away all Ashley furniture from my home. The ongoing mental stress from this situation has left me thoroughly disheartened with your company. I hope this review conveys the seriousness of my dissatisfaction and prompts a resolution

Tony and team were absolute rock stars!!! They took all the care not to damage walls, carpets, tv etc while carrying the very heavy furniture up to second floor. They were kind, soft spoken and considerate. Extremely happy! I wish them good luck and i hope the team takes care of their body especially backs and knees while lifting heavy stuff. God bless!!

We had purchased a dining room set from this store and were told that the items would have not been ready until early January, the delivery date kept changing several times, we finally got part of the set just about 10 days ago and were waiting for the rest to be delivered. Last weekend we were advised that the delivery would be coming on Sunday Jan 28, 2018 and it would have been set up on the area chosen by us but this is not what happened this morning at 9 am when the delivery arrived at our location. It appeared that the information was not passed on to the delivery crew. I personaly spoke to two customer service representative at the store last weekend to make sure that the delivery and set up would be done for sure this weekend and also explained our frustration with the services provided to us so far and they were rude, disrespectful and defiantly not helpful I had requested to speak with the manager but was told that they were busy at the moment and would call me back. Never received the call. This was the worse, worse, worse experience ever. After having paid for the furniture since December 18, 2017 we have finally received half of the promised service.
