Ordered a sectional sofa from Ashley Furniture, and it’s been a nightmare. Twice now, they’ve tried delivering it incomplete—even after I confirmed all parts were supposed to be included the second time. This is beyond unprofessional and a huge inconvenience. On top of that, they expect me to keep calling them to sort it out, wasting even more of my time. How hard is it to deliver a complete order? Ashley Furniture, do better!

Quick & easy purchase and pickup at the distribution centre. I should have texted to advise we were less than 30 minutes away- we had to wait about half an hour after we arrived but we spent some time at the clearance centre as well, a great place to wait for your order. They loaded it into our car and we were off.

Furniture found damaged in the shipping. Getting replacement is not easy. No help from the local store where the furniture was bought. I was asked to wait 48 hours before someone will contact me. It’s whole new world dealing with the AI based Cold shoulder customer service.

I have shopped with ashleys a few times. Their customer service is really bad. During sales it's very good and positive, Once payments are done so is the positivity. I won't talk about the past horrible experience, I would just share the most recent. I went there to look for some decor or accents for my place. I had bought my furniture from them in the past, (i personally wouldn't have gone back at all but I had some credit that I had to use). Firstly they take soooooo long during check out, I had only bought 3 cushions, plus 2 decors (from a little over $250) and more 40 minutes before they could have me invoiced. During packing I see the sales person struggling so I helped, and placed the cushions in a plastic bag and the sales person was also putting stuff in it. During this time the other decor that was in another plastic bag slipped from the table and fell. I picked it up and checked to see it, it was broken. I had told them if they could replace and they said they don't have any more of that. So I requested to be replaced with something else. Now they said they can't as they accused that I dropped it. On top of that they suggest that I take the broken decor and it's pieces and put them together as they will be throwing it anyways. Why would you suggest a customer to take something that you deem trash already. So I kindly said I would not be taking the broken piece and left with my other things. I feel just because I'm not the type that raises my voice or make a scene, they thought it's fine. I spoke calmly and requested kindly. Anyways no refund or replacement was made. So disappointing.
