Delivery time is SLOW! We were promised to get our kitchen table in one week. It’s now been a MONTH! We’ve been calling and had no results or solutions. This is my first and last time purchasing from Ashley’s.
We have been customers of Ashley Furniture at this location since 2018, and once again they exceeded our expectations. We recently purchased a king-size bed and unfortunately discovered some damage to the headboard after delivery. We also realized that the bed was a little too large for our space. Throughout the entire process—from the initial purchase to arranging the exchange—we worked with Mackenzie, and she was absolutely outstanding. Mackenzie made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. What impressed us most was her communication. She responded to every text message and phone call, regardless of the day, time, or hour, and always kept us informed every step of the way. Customer service like this is hard to find, and it’s one of the reasons we’ve continued to shop at Ashley Furniture for so many years. Thank you, Mackenzie, for going above and beyond.
