While we don’t always receive brand-new items, pieces like the Rawcliffe, Abinger, and Ballinasloe sectionals are especially popular and often sell out quickly. Our team speaks English, Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, Spanish, and Urdu, which helps us connect with a wonderfully diverse range of customers. Decent price for the product quality and delivery was super cool
I had one of the worst delivery experiences with Ashley HomeStore, and I feel compelled to share it so others are aware of the level of carelessness and unprofessionalism I encountered. During the delivery of my new sofa, the team completely ignored my clear instructions to use an alternate door that would have prevented any issues. Instead, they forced the sofa through a narrow passage. As a direct result, the sofa slipped from the delivery person’s hands and caused a large dent in my wall—an incident that happened right in front of me. To make matters worse, one of the delivery personnel was extremely rude and disrespectful. He walked on my carpeted floor with outdoor shoes, despite the obvious risk of damaging or dirtying the carpet. The senior person on the team did nothing to help. He simply stood by giving orders without actually assisting the other two workers or preventing the damage. I filed a property damage claim (#346898), but what shocked me even more was Ashley’s warehouse team **denying** my claim, stating that their employees did *not* cause the damage—despite the fact that the entire incident took place right in front of me. This response is not only inaccurate but incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It is very annoying and disheartening to see employees from such a reputed company engage in this kind of misconduct, ultimately ruining the brand’s image. As a customer, I expected professionalism, care, and accountability—none of which were shown. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ashley HomeStore’s delivery service and sincerely hope the company takes steps to improve accountability and customer service.
