Our location runs on a unique business model as a clearance store, which means everything is sold as is and ready for immediate delivery. Inside the store, our incredible staff take the time to understand what guests need and guide them toward the best solutions. We’re always happy to explain how the clearance model works, with a focus on great prices and instant pickup. Our sectionals, sofas, beds, and dressers tend to be the fastest to go. While we don’t always receive brand-new items, pieces like the Rawcliffe, Abinger, and Ballinasloe sectionals are especially popular and often sell out quickly. Our team speaks English, Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, Spanish, and Urdu, which helps us connect with a wonderfully diverse range of customers. BUYER BE WARNED! Pick up took an HOUR after I told them I was coming. THEY tried to disappear some pieces until I texted them multiple times!! They waste as much time as possible!!! My movers almost left without the chairs for my table! I bought everything in one order and they wanted a seperate order number for chairs. Prices were good HOWEVER the sales person told me $100 for delivery and assembly based on my distance. She did not give me that option later, saying on the phone assembly (for a few screws for table) was &169+tax and ONLY delivery was $99+tax. So the delivery is where they make up for the low pricing. I tried to communicate that I was told $100 for delivery AND assembly but they ignored my attempts. She kept replying in between email and text to keep it confusing. Also be ready for 20 emails and text messages within 24 hours of booking. I have received at least 3-5 messages per day on the two weeks since I booked. I asked them to stop via email and THEY TEXTED ME “ok” and then I asked them to stop via text and they emailed me “ok”. It was totally flipped. And guess what - Ashley’s automated system did not stop texting or calling or emailing me! The sales lady told me they can hold the items for 4-6 weeks. I never got told how much they would call me, left three voice mails, texted me from several different numbers and emailed me from several different emails. I could not stop them. I also tried to book my elevator to match the delivery time but she gave such a large range of timings. I tried to specify but she ignored me again saying she wants payment before arranging what time we can pick up. When you’re getting cheap prices, take the item and leave. Do not leave your phone number or email. They will not stop contacting you. DO NOT LEAVE THEM WITH YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION THEY WILL ABUSE IT BY HARASSING YOU. I have received 200+ emails and texts and calls. Do not give them your contact information. Do not do delivery or pick up. They will try to hide your pieces.

We have been looking for a couch and visited Ashley recently. We spoke to Lalit and he was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all our questions and had some great suggestions that really helped us refine our choice. We will definitely be back soon, thanks to the wonderful customer service here!
